I am extremely happy with my new refaced kitchen. Great value for money.
There had been an issue with some of my doors not being ready within agreed timescale.This was resolved.
Guys who measured kitchen and in particular,the fitter,were extremely professional and carried out an excellent job.
I would say that i don't understand why full payment needs to be paid prior to completion of work.
I feel that payment should not be paid until the work is fully completed and customer fully satisfied with job.
I would,and have,recommended Reface to family and friends.

Very pleased with my kitchen makeover, it is just like a new kitchen. This is the third time I have used Reface. Paul worked quickly and very professionally in replacing the kitchen doors and drawers to a very high standard of work. He left the area very clean and tidy when he had finished. I can honestly recommend Reface to anyone who wants a 5 star company from start to finish.

Our kitchen now looks brand new. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. Our friends and family can’t believe the difference. The operation was exceptionally well executed, clean and tidy throughout. Jason the joiner is a credit to the company with a great eye for detail. Asked to visit for consultation for new kitchen. Not very impressed apart from usual sales spiel, no effort on representative's part to wear face covering or to socially distance. In view of current problems this wasn't a very encouraging first impression +

Great customer service, no pressue and overall great quality.

No problems with this company. From initial contact, the gentleman calling to do all the measurements, the delivery guys and the actual fitting. All went as planned. They did exactly what they said they would and we could'nt ask for anything better. Everything went like clockwork. We are delighted with the finished job and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Reface offered a speedy and efficient service both in planning and installation. Manufacture and fitting was completed within a few weeks to the highest Standard.

Over the moon that I used REFACE.

The kitchen units and all other equipment arrived on the scheduled day. The strip out of the kitchen and installation of the new unit was carried out by Jason and Stuart. Their work and the organising of the other was completed to a very high standard and we were delighted with our finished kitchen.

I got my new kitchen done on the 9 th of March 2020 the work men the joiner wojciech was great he work very hard polite very nice person and the electric guy Paul Clark was a as good polite and hard working, so was the plumber sorry did not get his name , I can’t fault the workmen I was very please with my beautiful new kitchen, the only slight problem I had was they had not got my glass splash back for my hob which was a bit disappointing Mrs janice Lauriston

All staff were great from sales to fitting and scrap collection.
No pressure selling.
Some changes I wanted to original design were taken at the survey stage and actioned with no problem.
Be prepared to pay final amount on delivery(start of first day of fitting) not after installation.

We were well supported with the explanation of options and advice. The completion of the installation was done to a high standard by Jason with great attention to the small details that made it a great outcome for us. No pressure at any time and Reface also fitted handles we sourced from another supplier.

The job (replacing 17 doors and 4 drawers) was all done in just over half a day and finish is like new.

Very happy to recommend Reface Scotland.

Ian was very helpful in assisting us to make choices and decisions. We were delighted that the job was carried out so soon after placing order. The fitter was very good and his work was neat and tidy. He was a very nice polite young man. Altogether a very positive experience. Our only slight concern was that we had to pay the full amount when the doors arrived but before they were fitted. This worry was unjustified as it turned out as the work was first rate. I would happily recommend this company.

I wouldn't recommend this company. We got our kitchen refaced. And all our coubord doors have falling off. And having problems with the sink. We still have a garentee. I phoned reface Scotland to get it fixed, and they said it will cost us money to get them properly screwed back on. The screws they used where small. And there isn't enough strength on the hinges of the door, poor quality.

Very high standard of workmanship, very helpful and polite and cleaned up after him you wouldn’t have known he had been would recommend him and the company again thanks.

100% recommend this company from start to finish i felt comfortable with every step of the process and never once felt pressure, the fitters were excellent and their workmanship was 5 star my kitchen was left clean and tidy on both days, thank you to all the staff involved in fitting my kitchen

Re our recent job with Reface from Margaret’s reception at Hillington - we were very happy with the prompt action your system took to the pricing, measuring it was all very efficient. The job was to take 2 days - Jason our fitter arrived and worked solidly for two days. We were short of a few bits and bobs but Jacqueline sorted that hiccup & Walter came and completed the job. We’re we’re delighted with our new wardrobes and the attention to detail and finish was excellent. Both Jason & Walter we’re very professional & worked methodically & very tidy completion. Certainly recommend Reface to our friends.
