Prepared kitchen ready for fitter,was little unsure of they're promise of all work will be done in one day.Washing m/c and fridge freezer to be replaced so removed them as it's a small kitchen and wanted them out of the way.Was amazed when fitter Walter arrived on his own,there was no need to worry as he finished the kitchen that day and did a very professional job looked amazing.

I was very pleased with work carried out by Walter of Reface Scotland (this is my third time using them) I had started off with blue doors in kitchen from 1998 new house , decided to change to Montana Oak about 2003 very pleased with that. In 2013 had Reface again to replace doors burnt by fan oven and instal new oven and hob, sink and worktop. Now in 2019 doors which I had kept using kettle under had started to peel as they didn’t have the same doors in stock I went for a pale cream which went lovely with the oak facings and cornice. Walter also put a new shelf under my sink which had sunk to the back after floods from leaks etc, all in all would definitely recommend Reface Scotland.

Great service from start to finish. I’m delighted with my kitchen, it has exceeded my expectations. Could recommend this company without any problems.

The service I received from Reface was excellent. I was given all the information and instructions needed to have the fitting done. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I'm extremely happy with my new look kitchen. Great value for money.

We are very happy with our refurbished kitchen by Refacescotland. From the start to the end the process was seamless. Excellent advice from the rep and very skillful fitting. The fitter was great and the work was perfect and carried out precisely. We have a pretty big kitchen and thought the price, including fitting, was pretty competitive. Would recommend this company if you want your kitchen to look like new.

Very efficient from the word go. I've already used this firm in the past and they've always done a great job, including the removal of the old cabinets etc.

Our experience with reface scotland has been excellent from start to finish.
From first going into hillington showroom and very quickly identifying
doors, worktop, splashback, sink oven and hob we wanted.
Then the home visits from John and Walter where we received great advice
Re layout and additional units.
The icing on the cake was the end result completed by Jason the plumber and electrician we have been sharing photos of with family and friends and we would highly recomend reface scotland and their workers. Iain & Beverley Austin

The cupboards turned out exactly how I’d pictured them. Everything from start to finish was spot on. The only thing I wish was different was the corner of my cupboard as it gets really difficult pulling clothes in and out from the corner, however, in the grand scheme of things they are good solid cupboards and not flimsy backs like Ikeas! Jason the fitter was amazing and very professional. He was punctual, worked right through and extremely tidy! I didn’t have a lot of hoovering up to do after they were done! Overall, extremely pleased with my cupboards!

Disappointing. Terrible customer service - in fact, non-existent customer services. The attitude of company once they have your order and you've paid your deposit is dire. No contact, after chasing and chasing I was informed install is weeks late, no apology or satisfactory explanation, just the suggestion that I'm wrong.What the sales person promises you to what you experience differs and not in a positive way.It's a shame because the actual wardrobes are good and the fitters were excellent. To.sum it up i am an advocate of all businesses that value their customers ... not this one!!! I absolutely would not let any of my family or friends spend a penny with Reface and I would gladly pay a more reputable company more and not be treated as if I'm just one of many unhappy customers all of whom are in the same boat so suck it up...

Reface were very professional, efficient and helpful throughout the process from initial consultation to installation. They kept us informed and did exactly as they promised to a high standard. The cost was reasonable and everyone involved was very courteous and easy going. Many thanks reface, we love our 'new' kitchen!

Used Reface for kitchen refit, can't recommend the company highly enough from first visit from John to choose cabinet & worktop finish who was very pleasant, helpful & not pushy at all. Walter who attended to do the planning & explained everything that would be done then finally Jason our fitter, Jason was an extremely tidy workman who obviously takes pride in his craft. Thanks guys, one very happy customer.

Found staff and quality off work and service extremely high

We had our Kitchen worktop done by ReFace in July '20. Timely and courteous service, and work completed ahead of schedule. All went well and the workmanship was top class. Highly recommended
