We needed new wardrobe doors because we didn’t want to have to pay out for new wardrobes. We went on the net and found Dream Doors. We were not disappointed.
From start to finish it went without a hitch. From the time Jamie arrived, we picked out the doors we liked,he measured up, and ordered.
The fitters arrived, very friendly and efficient with the minimum of disruption to us.
The result being very satisfactory and professional all the way.

We would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends or family.

From first entering the showroom we were warmly welcomed by Michelle she explained in great detail the worktop we had chosen and what would happen going forward. From the measurements to fitting was very professional. The fitter, plumber, gas hob oven removal
was done quickly and with great care. I would have no hesitation in recommending dream doors.

We have had numerous issues with the whole process that were still outstanding over 6 months down the line. It all started with our fitting date being pushed back to an undetermined date due to some pieces being missing. We waited weeks for anything from the company but heard absolutely nothing so we had to chase up numerous times. The original fit date was scheduled in for Feb 17th, something we both had to take annual leave for. Then they said at late notice that some parts were missing so that date got cancelled so our leave was used for no reason. Over 2 weeks later we’d heard zero so after emailing, a further week went by until we finally got a rescheduled date of March 23rd for fitting, although STILL not all the panels were ready, 5 weeks after our initial fitting date was scheduled. Most of the fitting happened on March 23-25th by a fitter where once he’d done, we found numerous issues with the kitchen which we emailed about and that got sent to head office who came out on April 1st to inspect all the issues we had with it. He seemed on our side, said we’ll get x y z changed, apologised and said he’ll email the branch to say exactly what needed doing. 18 days went by without a single email from the local branch, the manager or head office with any update at all. At this point, the illusive panels were still not ready. 2 days later we receive an email saying he’s sorry for the lack of communication and will keep us posted with updates. We then receive an email from the local showroom saying delivery of the parts is due on April 30th but then offered the 29th April as a fitting date!? I replied querying how a fitting date can happen before the parts have even arrived and then magically they replied saying the manufacturer actually had a broken machine so they’ll no longer be due in on the 30th. The coincidence in timing here was incredible and after all the issues we’ve had, I don’t believe the machine had broken and think that was a cover up excuse. A further 3 weeks go by and then finally get an email where we’re able to organise a date for fitting. That fitting occurred on Monday 8th June and would you believe it, it’s STILL not finished. From the first fitting, not enough cup handles had been ordered so we’ve had 2 knobs on the lower drawer while we wait for another cup handle to be ordered. We were at this point over 2 months since the initial fitting, how can 1 single handle be missing for 2 months and still not be fitted on the 2nd visit, 2 months later? When the manager visited, he said he’d pass on what needed doing, like ordering new kick panels and changing the cuts of the kick panels so it’s not in such a focal point. Also, as some gaps had been closed between surface edge and the oven, so they said they’d fit a heat shield. Something that still hasn’t been fitted, even after the manager came in April and said they’d sort it. However, when the same fitter arrived on Monday, he didn’t know what he was meant to be doing, no one had told him the plan to change them round, he then went on to challenge my wife about how he should be fitting them in a tone that was completely unacceptable. When we asked about the heat shield as well, he had no idea what we were on about so this is another thing that clearly hadn’t been passed on. His lack of pride of work and care is also shocking. He walked over uncovered kick panels with wet and dirty shoes on and has left dirty marks on them now they’re fitted. There are numerous dirty marks on various panels too from him, sticky residue on the back of most doors from stickers that got taken off, a lot of cupboards don’t align and it’s quite easy to see which ones, he left screws and off cuts in the garden, had no interest in re applying silicon to the edges of the panels that meet the walls when queried about it so had only done some of them, then proceeded to make a mess of our downstairs toilet, without giving too much away. So respectfully, for any outstanding work we’d like a different fitter. The kitchen and surrounding room is the main reason we bought this house, it’s the heart of it and this whole experience has totally tainted the excitement we had to get our kitchen done how we wanted it. The experience has been that full of errors and empty promises that I wish we’d never bothered changing it in the first place, it certainly doesn’t warrant the large amount of money we’ve spent on it. Such poor service and a product that certainly doesn’t back up the price either.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. From start to finish the shop manager was very helpful, gave suggestions and advice, and was on hand throughout the project. The kitchen fitter done a marvellous job.

We got our kitchen doors replaced by dream doors north london (finchley) branch. They did an excellent job, great communication and good level of workmanship so was very pleased. On this basis I would give them 5 out of 5.
However recently one of the kitchen handles broke. It was well within warranty period but Dream Doors have ignored all requests to honour the warranty. Issue exacerbated by the finchley branch leaving the dream doors franchise. Warranty appears worthless.

We used Dream Doors for our kitchen project replacing our worktops and tiling. Mandy and the team were great from start to finish with clear and friendly communication. We chose Minerva worktops which were expertly fitted by Dan and our tiling carried out by Laurence. Both excellent trades people with high attention to detail. We are happy with our end result and would be happy to use Dream Doors again in the future. Would recommend.

From the first visit to the showroom to meet Sarah, to the final sign off day with Gareth, everything was amazing. Our main fitter Simon was just perfect. Tim and Mark were amazing workers too. The fact that everything is organised by them, made the total refit so easy.

Dream Doors North Manchester did a great job of initally fitting our kitchen and the sales experience was very positive. However, after sale has been less than a positive experience. The franchise we used went out of business shortly after we had the work done, and since then we've not been able to get any snags sorted. We reprted some issues with panels falling off and wobbly doors to the company they use for the this remedial work - Neighbourhood - about 4 months ago and they've still not been round, and are now ignoring my emails. Unfortunately there is no way to contact Dream Doors head office and their website directs you to local franchises. Dream Doors - if you're reading this, where do I go from here?

Alan and Julie were a delight to communicate with during the design and planning phase. I also am quite pleased with my kitchen!
Also, the kitchen fitters were done in no time and were super tidy.

update on my last review ,The door came but when arrived it was wrong the Vs in the panel where the wrong way .Got in touch with rep that brought it and he said don`t worry I will order a replacement ,The day after got email from Dream Doors Leeds office to say they would order new door and they said would do it for cost price so confused tried to contact the rep a number of time without reply ......Never mind Dream Doors more like Nightmare Doors ....I wait for someone from Dream doors to get intouch the whole thing as been a shambles

Great service from start to finish everyone was really helpful and the kitchen looks great.
The doors are good quality and the fitter overcame any obstacles with no issue at all!

We contacted Dream Doors to install new cupboards and shelves in our utility room. Overall, our experience with them was fantastic and we would highly recommend them if you’re looking to make some additions or changes to your home. They were able to match the design and colour of the new cupboards to the existing cupboards, and installation was a breeze. We’re very happy with the final product and it looks amazing🙂

I love the granite worktops, I love the floor, Bosh dishwasher, doors and drawers and the fitters. I hate the handles, far too dark in my opinion and spoil the look of the kitchen and very expensive

From the advice I was given at the start to the team who fitted the kitchen it was all excellent . I was kept fully informed and everything happened on time and cleaned up so well at the end of each day
