Absolutely delighted with the quality of work provided by Reface Scotland. Our kitchen is above and beyond what we expected. The quality of the replacement doors, cupboards & worktops is top drawer.

Delighted with our new kitchen installed in August 2026. We found the sales to delivery team friendly and efficient. The worktops, doors and other material are of a very good standard.
The delivery team and the installation team were friendly and courteous. The electrician and plumber were very good and very accommodating.
The stand out for the installation was the craftsmanship by Iain. He is a cabinet maker by trade and you can certainly tell. He is a perfectionist and we cannot praise his work highly enough. Redesigning small finishings to suit the finish and fit into the surroundings.

Really pleased with our kitchen refit by Reface Scotland. The kitchen looks great and we’re delighted with the finished result.

A big thank you to Ian, our kitchen fitter, who did a fantastic job. His workmanship was excellent and he was always clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. He took great care with everything and it really shows in the finished kitchen.

Thanks also to Paul the electrician, who did a great job, and to Walter the surveyor and John our salesman for their help in getting everything organised.

Overall, a really good experience from start to finish and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reface Scotland. Thanks to everyone involved, and especially Ian for doing such a great job!

I am thrilled with my new kitchen. The fitter was brilliant - friendly, polite and professional throughout delivering on what was promised. Workmen arrived on time, removed old cabinets easily, and started replacing new in no time at all took time with cutting tops etc.plumber and electrician were pleasant. Joiner was very nice and extremely tidy and careful. Very pleased thank you

At first all was fine until it was fitted and the companies no longer interested!
I have a faulty tap and cabinets that do not align!
Tried emailing and calling but all I get are “someone will call you back”
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

We were very pleased with the work done by Refacescotland. They replaced our kitchen cupboard doors and worktops efficiently in two days. Jamie and Walter did an excellent job and were very pleasant to have in the house, clearing up after they had finished.

We wanted to upgrade our existing kitchen without changing the layout and a friend suggested Reface.
Initially we visited the showroom in Rutherglen where we were given lots of help choosing colours for the cabinets and worktop. Subsequently Walter visited us and helped us finalise our choices before measuring everything.
Our kitchen fitter, Andy, was outstanding. He did the entire job in three days, working long hours each day. When he was finished he left everything very clean and tidy.
We are delighted with the end result and would happily recommend Reface.

Working with our clients and the team at Reface is always a great experience, the bespoke options, styles and shades available always give the kitchens, bedrooms and living solutions the best result.
We have purchased supply and installation and supply only options, timescales and delivery dates are always met.

What a terrible organisation I spent 4,000 on kitchen doors and I was initially getting doors for integrated fridge freezer however Curry's made a mess of the installation and the door wouldn't close so had to abandon that and get a stand alone fridge freezer and I informed the office of this fact in plenty time for the installation and they wouldn't refund my money so that was poor considering it wasn't my fault.
Then the fitter has not got the correct size of end panel a fact I stated as he put it up and he assured me it would be correct when the bottom cornice went on which it most certainly didn't.
They have refused to do anything about it so I'm reporting the scammers to Trading Standards I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered as they are quick to take your money but awful customer care and terrible office staff in Rutherglen AVOID AVOID AVOID

The journey from the first meeting to installation was an easy one. Things happen when they say they will, nothing is too much bother, the measurement survey was meticulous but most of all I couldn't commend our fitter Jamie highly enough - the standard of work was excellent and carried out in a cheerful respectful manner.

Reface Scotland fitted my cabinet, and the full hinge completely fell off the door. I reported this issue and, after unnecessary back and forth, I was sent a hinge repair kit that was not suitable for the problem. The issue was not the screws or fittings — the actual hinge detached from the door.

JUST T ADD TO THIS I called them even tho after the bad review I put in they would help but the lady margret was so mean she said oh you put a bad review in so why do you want us to come check. SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS and sorry to say no one should use them.

I then spoke to Margaret, who acknowledged this and advised she would pass it on and someone would contact me. Alison eventually emailed asking my availability for someone to come out. I replied on 17th January with a date and time.
No response.

I chased the email — still no reply. I then called again and spoke to Margaret on Tuesday 20th, who once again said she would pass it on and that someone would get back to me. It has now been three days and I am still being ignored. This has been going on since start of December!!!

This level of aftercare is completely unacceptable. It certainly didn’t take this long to respond when payment was involved. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase for a fault caused by poor workmanship to be resolved.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

After sales is non existent. Supposed to be bespoke made cabinets made to measure . Cabinets came not made to measure , standard cabinets which needed an infill to fill the space . Plumber didn’t want to travel to fit the sink and tap , wanted to leave it till the next day . Insisted he came - he did and left us with our kitchen floor flooded and a leak for 3 days till they came back and fixed it ! Our freezer door was damaged during the fitting, which had to be replaced . We were left with a large void under the new cabinets which we could see when sitting in our living room as it’s open plan . They had to fix that . We contacted them about all of this by email and they told us to give them 14 days till they gathered all the information , which we did . We have emailed them numerous times and been in to the show room . They have completely ignored our complaints ! Absolutely shocking!

My kitchen has been totally transformed, guys have done a brilliant job, thanks to plumber, electrician and fitter, so happy with my new kitchen, definitely will be recommending.

Despite everything already outlined, knowing we needed the matching door, my husband came to the showroom saying to the man who was there well we need this door plus an integrated fridge freezer. Surely the warranty would be honoured plus trying to buy an integrated fridge freezer again to try to fit with the design.
He alerted the lady again who handed him our two reviews printed out! Denied anything we said.

DESPITE THIS I called again to think about a new piece of worktop plus a double integrated fridge freezer and was assured the door we had was under warranty
Being quoted 3500, we said we would think about it but again our door was under warranty
We let him know we wouldn't go ahead but would appreciate the ONE NEW SINGLE FRIDGE DOOR
When i followed up it was the dismissive call and told no no that shouldn't have been said about any warranty
Getting me off the phone
That too is denied
It is not just us, I see the reviews repeating the same after care issues over and over and over
Imagine a business arguing with customers, dismissing them, the anger too, not following up with small things that would not be costly which in turn would lead to more referrals and sales!
When the two printed reviews were handed to my husband it was said how it was a small business
That is why we supported a small business in the 1st place.

It is legally binding to offer warranty.

I won’t even be re writing or reading this again.
Very unfortunate indeed

Absolute nightmare of a company, want paid upfront, don't honour the warranty, dismissive on the phone, DON'T DEAL WITH THEM
