From initial contact to the finished result, I definitely recommend.
Walter came out and measured up, took two hours but he was very thorough.

Jamie fitted my new kitchen and I was very impressed with his workmanship and attitude.
Such a well-mannered and respectful young man.
He even texted me one morning to say that he was going to be about twenty minutes late, wish all tradesmen did this!
My kitchen is looking gorgeous, thanks guys!

From first point of contact in Rutherglen showroom to final fitting this has been a pain free experience. No hard sale talk at any time and spent time going through the options until I had decided what I wanted. Work was carried out this week primarily by Jamie ably assisted by Gerry (?) the electrician and Sandy the plumber. The standard of work has exceeeded my expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Reface in future. Kudos to Jamie for his work and choice of radio station.

Just had our kitchen completed.
From both John and Walter coming out to Jamie fitting our kitchen, the whole experience has been excellent.
Apart from the wrong extractor fan being delivered, it was resolved quickly.
Jamie who fitted our kitchen, was such a lovely person who took pride in his work from start to finish.
He is a true credit to the company.

Had a great experience with this Company from start to finish. John, the Salesman arrived on time and was very helpful. No hard Sales which was good. He explained what would happen next and gave me a date and time for the surveyor to come out who, was also very helpful. Communication from all staff was excellent. Paul never stopped till it was finished and done a great job. Everything was cleaned and cleared. Highly recommend this Company.

Had a great experience with this company from the initial encounter with Jacqueline at the Rutherglen showroom to the actual work being undertaken. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, efficient and extremely pleasant. Iain our fitter was fantastic. Punctual every morning, hardworking and really lovely. His work was first class. The other guys for plumbing and electrics (Sandy, Paul and Graeme) were also brilliant. We had a small issue with the carbon filters for the cooker hood with Jacqueline is resolving. I would recommend this company, and indeed have done so to several neighbours and friends who have seen the finished kitchen.

After sales care is extremely poor to the point of non existent . Had new kitchen doors fitted end of June and unfortunately had a minor issue with one of the doors, reported it within a day of the installation. Sent photos and multiple chasers later without any quick resolution just to be told i must have damaged it myself? For the money I spent it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Will not be going near them again sadly.

Once again my mum phoned to try and sort out the faulty tap that this company has failed to fix even though we have contacted them via phone calls and emails countless times.When my mum asked if Reface were going to come and fix the fault she was told very bluntly ‘NO’…….because her daughter (myself) had put a “cheeky” review on Trustpilot. I stand by my review and think it was honest not cheeky,there is nothing I wrote that is not absolutely true.Once again I am shocked with the disgraceful treatment my parents have received from this company…they will take your money gladly,expect you to fix things on your own and then just refuse to replace the things that you cannot and absolutely shouldn’t have to.The woman on the phone was blunt and rude and in no way helpful and I would definitely 100% not recommend them at all.

My elderly parents were initially happy with the work in their kitchen until the next day when they discovered the tap was faulty and one of the cupboard doors came off.My mum phoned twice to report the fault and was told to send pics which she couldn’t do as my parents do have internet so I emailed for them stating the problems.The tap was reported back to the manufacture and I was asked if my dad (81 years of age) could fix the door himself.A replacement tap was eventually found and installed but exactly the same problem occurred.Once again I sent pics and reported the fault but all my emails have been ignored.My dad phoned once again and was told that ALL the workers were on a course.This was almost three weeks ago and neither my parents or myself have heard from them.So to recap if you are looking for a great job with impeccable aftercare then I would stay clear of this company,to take money ( and it was a lot of money) and to be left with an incomplete job is absolutely not good enough,then to be ghosted is just insulting.
Disgrace behaviour that has really upset my elderly parents who wish they hadn’t bothered or went with an actual reliable company

This is the 2nd time I have used reface.
I had my kitchen done over a year ago and was so pleased with the results.
I decided I would like a breakfast island installed to match my kitchen and once again I am delighted with the result.
The service from this company is amazing and the workmanship and quality is first class.
I would like to say thank you to Margaret who I dealt with as she was so helpful .
I would recommend anyone who is thinking of getting they’re kitchen done to use this company.

Highly recommend Reface. Got new kitchen work tops, sink, gas hob & cooker installed & absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. Can't thank all staff involved enough - no drama from ordering to finish & installed in one day.

I have used Reface Scotland twice in the past 15 years on both occasions the work carried out had been nothing less than exceptional. From the office staff, surveyors and fitters the standard of service has been amazing and the finished kitchen was lovely. Very friendly, polite, clean,and professional installation team nothing was too much trouble for them. The after sales team and manager has been fantastic. I would not hesitate in highly recommending Reface Scotland for any work.

A strange experience with this company.

Firstly the estimator made it feel like a criminal offence to want a stone worktop, and tried to frighten me with a figure plucked out of the air.. then when i dared ask for upstands to complement same it made him even less happy and he added an arbitrary cost onto the already arbitrary price he quoted for the actual work top.

Is not interested in discussing choice of appliances with you. He suggests what he wants to sell to you and when told what I wanted was quite disparaging indeed.

Came to cost it up, which he seems to do off the top of his head only to find that the stone worktop has had £1000 added to it.. and the total price for the entire work turns out to be the same as had been quoted by a high street kitchen supply company whuch included new carcasses and ALL appliances.

When presented with quote, as clearly found out with this arbitrary pricing, snaps clipboard shut and effectively walks out.

Phones an hour later "I've been speaking with the owner"

All very odd, think he overplayed his hand and got caught out.

Don't know in what circumstances you would use this guy, but seems a bit of an odd approach to me, and certainly wouldn't hold my confidence if I had bought from them.

Each to their own, however.

Having used Reface before I had no hesitation in going back to them to restyle my built in wardrobe. Appointment made and planner came and gave us some guidance as to proceed along with a reasonable estimate for the work to be carried out.
Work was carried out 3 weeks later at our convenience and completed in 1 day. Completion to a very high standard, all carpets etc. were covered and protected and bedroom left spic and span. Well pleased.

The refacing of my kitchen was done professionally and on time with no hiccups the team that came (Walter,Jamie,Paul and Mitchell) were top notch friendly helpfull and very tidy a credit to the company I can't praise them team high enough.

From walking into the showroom to the boys finishing my kitchen and surveyors etc in between, each and everyone of their customer service was excellent. The quality of the work is perfect and I can’t thank them enough for making it a great experience for me. Love my new kitchen 🙂

My kitchen was just upgraded with new appliances and cupboard doors by Reface Scotland. My kitchen looks fantastic and all the fitters and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using Reface Scotland if you want to refresh your kitchen.

Terrible experience with trying to fit my kitchen. I experienced rude customer service similar to which others have relayed.

A brilliant experience. From speaking to Margaret in the office, to the level of work, and attention to detail delivered by Wojciech, this was a first class job all around. Can't praise Reface enough. Highly recommend. Bathing Solutions/Mobility Plus could learn much from this company. Experiences where like night and day!

Superb service, every aspect of our experience with Reface was exceptional, sales, survey and installation. Such expertise and precision from the installation team - we could not be happier with our kitchen and would recommend them to anyone wishing to update 5⭐️

This company’s customer service does not match their sales pitch!!
We had first visit and quote in first week of September - we agreed and paid a deposit. We were told in a weeks time someone would come to measure, and then in a few weeks they would come and fit our cupboard doors.
The guy came to measure 1 week later, and then we didn’t hear anything for 8 weeks!! I emailed to ask for an update and got no response. I called and was told the fitters wouldn’t be in until 2 and someone would call me back - nobody did.
I called again, and was again told fitters wouldn’t be in until 2 and someone would call me back. At this point I explained we had been waiting a long time, and had no response to our previous attempts at getting in touch. When I said I was starting to get concerned the man on the phone acted as if I was hilariously stupid, became extremely defensive and was just outright rude instead of providing a solution or update. I was told 8-10weeks was standard.
Around 2 mins later someone from the company phoned my partner to check in, he explained we weren’t happy especially the way I was just spoken to on the phone. That person also provided no update simply saying ‘we are still within our 10 week deadline’ (we didn’t know this deadline until this point). All of a sudden within 1 hour they have 5 new 5 star reviews on trust pilot - suspicious! This person was meant to get back to my partner about this, and again… didn’t!
A couple of weeks later we then got a call to say they had a cancellation and because ‘we were so keen’ they would fit us in….. 10 weeks after we were told ‘a few weeks’.
We are happy with the final look of our kitchen, but I believe you could get this elsewhere that takes better care of their customers.
