From our initial visit to the Rutherglen showroom, sales visit and survey to the completed job Reface's staff were first class.
We are completely satisfied with our kitchen upgrade. The work was completed on time and the workmanship superb. We'll Done.

I needed my old kitchen updated and after considering should I paint the doors myself. I decided to get some quotes to get it refaced. Refacescotland gave a great price and from the moment the sales adviser attending my house the customer service was excellent. I visited the showroom and Margaret was great talking me through how my kitchen would look and what to expect. On the day the workmen arrived they were professional and carried out the reface in just over half a day. I could not be more delighted with the result, high quality lovely units and have already recommended reface to my neighbours.

I had recommended Reface to my elderly uncle. From start to finish, he received a great service from the initial conversation to the fitters, refacing the kitchen. We are all delighted again with the service and the new kitchen. Fabulous.

From estimate to completion the process was seamless everyone knew there job and and performed to a high level.

We used Reface to fit out a home office/gaming room. The service was first class, they took the time to really understand what we wanted to achieve with the space we had available. The team doing the fitting done an outstanding job and nothing was too much trouble to make sure we were 100% happy with everything! Would highly recommend

I am delighted with my new kitchen. The workmanship was of a very high standard and the place has been transformed. The tradesmen worked very hard, were very friendly and tidied up as they progressed through the job. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company.

The wardrobes and bedside cabinets doors and drawer fronts in my fitted bedroom were needing replaced and the thought of pulling the full bedroom out filled me with dread. I went onto Reface website and saw that they stocked the same colour as the side panels and plinths of my bedroom so I gave them a call. The woman on the phone, Margaret, was very helpful and arranged for the salesman to call and bring a sample of door which he did and it was a perfect match. He measured up and gave me a price which I was happy with and arranged for the surveyor to come and take exact measurements. The fitters, Walter and Jordan were very polite and courteous and did a professional job which I was delighted with. All the staff arrived promptly at the stated times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reface.

This our second time with Reface. Kitchen unit replacements and now replacement worktops. All aspects of service were first class from quote to installation and Paul our returning fitter was excellent as always.

I’ve got say we were sceptical but after a ridiculous quote from another company we went into the Rutherglen office and were very impressed by the man in there (sorry can’t remember his name 🤦🏻‍♂️) he arranged for Ian to come out and give us a no obligation quote.Ian was very helpful and knowledgeable about his work and helped us pick what we wanted. The survey was done by Walter also very helpful and knowledgeable .We went back in to choose a sink (not as easy as you might think) but Jacqueline was a great help and sourced us the perfect one .Paul the fitter took great pride in his work and did a fantastic job and was very tidy.
When I said we were sceptical I meant I wasn’t sure how the kitchen would turn out but I needn’t have worried as we are over the moon with the work carried out and have a new kitchen at a fraction of the price quoted elsewhere ,highly recommend 😁

Reface were very professional, efficient and helpful throughout the process from initial consultation to installation. They kept us informed and did exactly as they promised to a high standard. The cost was reasonable and everyone involved especially your fitter Wojciech he worked to to a very high standard and always left kitchen very clean was very courteous and easy going. Kitchen now looks like new.

From the showroom to the fitting.
We had a refit of new worktops ,Splashback and some new doors and a built in oven microwave,hob and hood,and ridge freezer.all the goods and cabinets were delivered on time and fitted within the three day time
Slot Special mention to the fitter Zac who was meticulous and professional and always cleaned up after his work. Paul the electrician and Graham the plumber were professional and efficient .All the trades worked together and were a pleasure to deal with.
We are very pleased with the finished job.

Can’t fault these guys, looked after by them from the very start. Kitchen looks great and the whole team were amazing . Would definitely recommend Reface Scotland to anyone that’s thinking of getting a new kitchen or upgrading.

We visited our local showroom this week and were delighted to talk to the same people who we dealt with 14 years ago when we bought our kitchen from them.
Everyone is friendly, helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable with lots of suggestions and options for our new kitchen.
When we moved it was ideal to use them again for this house as it has an awkward layout and their made to measure units were the ideal solution.
We are looking forward to our new kitchen especially with our larder and pull out units.
We would highly recommend their products and services.

Don’t touch with a barge pole , my mother paid 11.5k for small kitchen , she is 78 yrs old , they made mistake with colour of one of doors , blamed error on my elderly mother , having read previous reviews seems to be a pattern with blaming customer, owner aggressive , I did previous review , refused to correct door until I took review down , I did for sake of elderly mother who is very upset , owner never got back to my sister re new door , other local kitchen company read review and contacted me , they went over and above to replace door , this company are a disgrace , probably low budget reface is all you will get , save your money , do not touch them .

Efficient pain free process from initial contact and survey through to final fitting. Quality product for a fair price which has transformed our kitchen. Installation was completed as scheduled and no complaints with quality of fitting. Would be happy to recommend.

Reface returned to rectify an outstanding issue with loose hinges of two up and over doors used in the replacement doors fitted by Reface Scotland. This type of kitchen door was originally fitted 15 years ago by an other contractor. The issue was resolved by Walter who confirmed my thoughts that a better alternative would be to install four new wide opening doors. This compromise and acceptable cost was agreed. This review is to confirm that Reface have returned to complete the work within a short time scale to my satisfaction. I therefore reinforce my first opinion of the company reviewed in May 2022. Thank you.

Kitchen transformed by a professional company
Kitchen transformed with the help of Margaret in Hillington choosing colours etc.Ian in sales to provide assurance of standards that will be achieved, with confidence and history of Reface Scotland. Walter to survey the project and offer guidance in the selection to meet our expectations.Jason with attention to detail fitting all items to a high standard to meet our expectations. A positive experience, well managed at all stages. Recommend this company for anyone wishing to refurbish their kitchen at a reasonable cost for the high standard being offered. WBF Glasgow
