From popping into showroom until our kitchen revamped just love the ease of using Refacescotland. Great service from choosing colours and products then fitters polite, efficient, neat and tidy. So pleased with finished product, kitchen looks totally different with new surfaces and unit doors. Very you cost effective and definitely recommend this company 👏👏

Overall we're really happy with the job, the service was very professional from start to finish and the kitchen looks great now that it's done. We'd been let down by another company before so the level of professionalism was really appreciated. However there were a few snagging issues at the end that I needed to fix myself. The sink hadn't been properly sealed in and the sealant along the worktop was messy with gaps between tiles and worktop, that had to be removed and redone. A shame as it was so close to being a really good job, but overall glad we used reface and happy with the result.

I decided to have new worktops and upstands fitted in my kitchen. From my first visit to the showroom in Hillington, to the sales consultant, the surveyor and the installers I was very impressed by the professionalism of all of the people involved in the process. The workmanship was of a very high standard and I am very happy with the end result.

I found the initial visit very friendly, professional and helpful. The surveyor gave excellent advice and talked me through the whole process. On the day of installation, the materials were delivered promptly and put in situ before the fitter arrived. The installation itself was completed to a very high standard and great care was taken to clean up at the end. Would highly recommend.

I found Reface very good to deal with. The quote was reasonable, communication good and the installers Walter and Wojciech were very professional and courteous. They ensured we were happy with the job and completely cleared up afterwards. I would recommend.

I would highly recommend this company so pleased with my kitchen the fitter Stuart certainly knew his stuff he done an excellent job can’t praise him enough the plumbers and electricians came and went No hassles came and done there job and away again very pleasant even the office staff were lovely everything swept up no mess at all great customer service

Visited Hillington showroom. With a huge rental portfolio, potentially I would have been spending a significant amount. However, was unfortunate to be met by undoubtedly the rudest, mysoginistic, most belligerent old man I’ve had the misfortune to deal with in any business. Upon entering the showroom, I was commanded - not asked - to use hand sanitiser. Both bottles available were grubby and had no list of ingredients, despite there being a handwritten label saying the other bottle did. After using this, I was again ordered - not requested - to write my details for Track and Trace. After beginning to do so, he demanded to know if I had used the sanitiser. I told him I had and now thoroughly fed up with his tone muttered my exasperation. He then very cheekily challenged me asking if something was wrong and I told him that I did not like his attitude. He argued that he hadn’t given me any attitude. I turned away to start looking at the showroom and he continued to talk down to me in the most unacceptable way. I then made to walk out of the showroom telling him shouting and arguing with customers was not good practice and to cease speaking to me as if I was a child. But he continued to argue back. Even when I got into my car outside, he was still hanging out of the window, clearly determined to have the last word, making comments and telling me to have a nice day. In my opinion, this was clearly an attempt to intimidate me, which decidely did not work. Without a doubt, this individual is the worst ambassador of a business I have ever come across and I’m very glad I learned that before making the mistake of spending any money with this company. This individual had not an ounce of customer service skills and, in my opinion, definitely an issue with women speaking back to him.

I would highly recommend reface. They certainly know their stuff. Kitchen architect Walter was very good and could not have been more helpful. Fitters Jason and Paul were very friendly and certainly know what they are doing. Done a fantastic job of my kitchen. 👍.

Just had our kitchen units updated by Reface and thoroughly recommend them. From the showroom staff, to the surveyor and the fitter (Jason) the delivery (man in a van) and the plumber all were really friendly and knowledgeable. Now the job is finished we are really impressed at the quality of the workmanship. Well done and thank you.

We received a few highly recommended comments from neighbours and other trades we had used.
The recommends were very accurate and we found everyone we spoke to and had the pleasure of dealing with very good, informative and professional.
The quality of furniture they manufactured for us is excellent and fits all awkward spaces of our kitchen, utility and dining room layouts.
We got to choose the style and colour of our new units and doors, our room looks like a newly transformed home and love the home office addition to blend in with our kitchen whilst we still work from home.
This is a great idea to combine home working with the kitchen, we love spending time in there now.
Delighted and would highly recommend this independent company who care.

An absolute shambles from start to finish with the installation at my parents property, with the issues still going on. The company are failing to rectify their errors and dismissive of the faults and lack of communication within their company. Would I recommend them, absolutely not. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. Their behaviours are close to what I would say are harassment, without them dealing with their negligence.

We had a brand new fitted kitchen from reface. We have had an excellent experience with them from sales staff to workmen. All work was carried out to a high standard, on time and with good communication. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough. The staff in the office were super helpful. The chap who did the drawings of what was required was excellent. The cabinets and worktops arrived on schedule as did the fitter, Zack. He was really nice and really helpful. He made a great job of my kitchen and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would certainly use this company again in the future.

Great job done from start to finish by excellent tradesmen and especially the joiner who was so professional and all were very tidy and left the new kitchen looking amazing,really appreciate how everyone helped to catch up after a team member was off work and worked over the weekend.Will recommend this company to anyone doing a new kitchen refit.Thank you Maureen Mc Fadzean.

Would like to thank you all at Reface for the outstanding work carried out by your team and company in refacing my kitchen. 
From the initial contact I had with the lovely lady in the office arranging a visit for a quote, right down to the kitchen being completed, the service I received was fantastic.
Ian visited and really listened to what I wanted, and provided me with a fantastic quote. He was not pushy at all and took the time to explain how everything would look and let me have a good look at all the samples. Walter then came and re-measured, clarified they had all the correct details of what I wanted and drew a sketch of the kitchen.
The installation started on the date promised, and finished on schedule. The fitter, Wojciech, was second to none. He was so meticulous and paid great attention to detail. He took great care to ensure the kitchen was refaced to an excellent standard, even when he encountered some small issues (flooring and base units not being completely straight and even - nothing to do with Reface!) and he did that great a job you wouldn't even know there was a problem. He was polite, personable and an extremely hard worker.
I am absolutely delighted with how the kitchen has turned out, and I have had so many compliments from others. Infact, a relative of mine was so impressed he has also now contacted you for a quote! I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone.
I honestly can't thank you all enough for the excellent customer service, customer care and standard of work.
