I would recommend Reface to anyone , from Walter in the design stage to installation everything was spot on and to the dates and times specified.The install was carried out by Zak who worked non stop for 2 days in very warm conditions and his safety, quality, delivery and general housekeeping were excellent , ultimately delivering a very high standard kitchen which we are delighted with and also a word for Ryan the plumber who also did a great job very quickly and professionally.

My husband and I are really pleased with what you have achieved in modernising our kitchen. It now looks brand new!
I would like to particularly mention your kitchen fitter. He was outstanding and you are very fortunate to have him working for you.
He was brilliant, took personal pride in his work and above all the standard of his work was beyond approach.
I should also mention the young plumber who was very accommodating in returning the following day to fit our new kitchen tap

From showroom to the finished kitchen I could not have been happier. The kitchen fitters were excellent and not only finished the kitchen within their timeframe but left the kitchen polished and inside cupboards immaculate. They also took every bit of excess away and tidied the garden where they had been working. Excellent service all round - thanks.

Jason the installer was professional, competent and friendly as were the staff in the office and our surveyor.
Happy with the outcome and enjoying our new cabinet facings and new appliances .... especially our new dishwasher!

This was a great company to have to do your new kitchen. Everyone that came from assessor, architect, fitter, plumber all turned up ontime, fully explained what was happening, nothing was a problem, standard of work was excellent and clean. very efficient all completed in two days, Worktop, sink and now kitchen doors handles all brilliant, exactly what we ordered.

We required the replacement of our kitchen unit doors and Reface was recommended by a friend. Our friend had already used Reface and was very satisfied with their product and installation.
Our experience using Reface was excellent. The first direct contact was with their on site measurement and quotation. The second direct contact was with their installation team.
Each point of contact was very friendly, professional and satisfactory. The finished product is excellent and is very satisfactory.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Reface as a reliable company.

Recently had our kitchen refaced and we are delighted with it. Jason was our fitter and he was excellent. Couldn’t fault anything about it.

The re-facing of my kitchen units completely transformed the room. I'm delighted not only with the quality of the materials but also the service. The workmen arrived precisely on time and Jason worked exceptionally hard to finish the job in less time than I had been quoted. When I subsequently experienced a minor problem with one of the drawer facings, he returned quickly to sort the problem. I've since recommended the company to a number of friends.

The whole process was simple, everything was taken care of and I was thrilled with the end result.

Great service from choosing kitchen re-face to installation, excellent work from the fitter Zac. We were very happy with the quality of work, the finished job was excellent, no mess when he was finished everything taken away we were left with a shiny new kitchen. Would recommend Re-Face to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

Kitchen fitted for my elderly mum, installation was delayed for a time due to covid, but when installed the fitter went out of his way for my Mum, even fixing an uneven tile on the floor for her. I cannot thank them enough, my mum is delighted with her refaced kitchen. From sales, to planning, to fitter, staff were very professional.

Used Reface back in March and have only good things to say. Walter and Zack did a great job on our kitchen makeover and were very professional. Our kitchen was completed in a day and a half with minimal disruption would definitely recommend.

Excellent job. Delighted with the finished result. The fitter was very efficient and tidy. Absolutely no complaints.

We planned to buy two sets of bespoke supply only wardrobes from Reface.

As we wanted a unique design so we decided on the materials that we wanted in the showroom and went home to work on our design and measurements.

I handed the first drawing in for quotation on 26th May and Ive heard nothing from then. I chased the quotation at the weekend and again today only to be told that they have lost our design. No one bothered to contact us and that’s basically why we haven’t received a quotation as they are too flippant to care about paperwork.

Business must be booming if they can afford to loose a customers work and just brush it under the carpet until it’s chased up.

The sales person had the cheek to ask if we would still like to proceed - Absolutely shocking service!

My brother-in-law has just had his kitchen completed by Reface, the kitchen was partly refaced and partly replaced. I was involved from the beginning of the project and have to say the level of service provided by this company has been of the highest standard. Every employee we have encountered has been friendly, skilled, and extremely professional. We had a fantastic team organising and carrying out the refit. The initial consultation was with John who provided a door and worktop samples along with a rough estimate of cost. Next out was Walter, the surveyor, who provided detailed drawings and an exact cost of the work. The fitters were Zak and Walter and we cannot thank both of them enough for the effort and commitment they put into the whole project, they are a total credit to Reface and I hope this is recognised by the company. There were many other tradesmen involved at different stages of the project like the electrician, plumber and plasterer. Again, all of them displayed a very high level of professionalism and we thank them for their valuable contribution. Being a lady of a certain age, with plenty of life experience, I could recount many horror stories about kitchen refits and, if I'm totally honest, I was expecting something would go wrong, but the timeline went exactly as stated by Reface with absolutely no delays. The quality of the doors and worktops are excellent and after a detailed inspection of the doors on completion of the fitting, we could not find even the slightest fault. I'm very much of the opinion that a company is only as good as the people they employ and therefore have to come back to the fact we had a truly fantastic team working on a fairly large project. Once again, thank you all for putting so much effort into the project, the end results are truly stunning, much more than we could ever have hoped for. Following this very positive experience I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Reface to my friends and family. We wish you all the very best for the future.

We popped in to the Hillington showroom,Just on the off chance. We had a look round, and spoke to Margaret
who gave us a lot of help and advice, choosing new Kitchen doors and worktop etc. Margaret organised the estimator, and told us when he would call, his name was Ian, and he was very professional, Ian gave us the price, and we decided to go ahead. We got a call to arrange for the surveyor Walter, to come he came when we were told he would, planed out what was reqired, and said they would be in touch regarding the instalation, I was called and agreed that the fitter would come out 3/5/21 & 4/5/21
Everything was delivered, and the fitter Zak started work immediately,He worked very hard and was a very tidy worker and nothing was too much trouble for him, and when he had completed the job
every thing was fantastic, a very professional operation from start to finish. I cant rate Reface highly enough Excellent
