Delighted with my new kitchen from Refacescotland!
From the initial visit to completion of the job I have been more than satisfied with the service and quality of workmanship.
Very reasonably priced, too- wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Reface Scotland were first class from start to finish. The designer, surveyor and installers helped bring our vision to a reality.
Would highly recommend them, an amazing job!

Great, efficient job done on my kitchen by Zak at Re-face Scotland. Turned up on time, worked hard, kept place tidy, was reliable. Job well done highly recommend this company if you want a new kicthen completed, good price as well

Would highly recommend. I used the Rutherglen Branch they were very professional and helpful.

Firstly a huge thank you to Zak, the Joiner who completed the kitchen instalation, very helpful, polite and basically worked as a project manager with a great work ethic keeping me informed on what was happening.
All the time tradesmen were really good with the exception being the plasterer. No regard for our property and left a trail of plaster from our kitchen/conservatory and the decking which was like cement trying to remove it.
The overall communication and customer care needs to improve we were without electricity or cooker for 4 days not communicated so training issue there.
That said we are delighted with our kitchen thanks to Zak so five star review.
My comments I hope will be taken constructively.

This was my first experience with replacing the front of the kitchen cabinets as oppose to installing a brand new kitchen. We bought a new flat that had a 2 year old Magnet kitchen but I hated the colour of the units. I looked at a couple of options but after meeting Ian from Reface, who was very persuasive and also spoke badly of the competition, I decided to go with Reface. The installation went smoothly but there are so many problems with the quality of the product, the aftercare and the quality of the installation workmanship.

* the bottom of the units are not aligned
* the units have already started to mark ( the first of which happened 2 days after instillation
* a few doors have started to come off the hinges
* the kick board lights have two separate switches to turn them on
* the tap that did not turn up on time ( not my fault ) has never been installed. I had to pay a plumber £80 to install it as Reface refused to despite the fact I had paid for this
* there are visible lines running down my cabinet fronts

I am very happy to provide photographic evidence of these issues. I have been in touch with Reface and they have been unhelpful and downright rude at times.

Edit: We replaced the unites 18 months after they were installed and are so much happier with the work from Dream Doors.

Walter did our initial reface in 2004 so when he came to double check measurements - yes, they do this twice to be absolutely thorough and ensure you get everything you need, I was stunned to find he does not look a day older. Walter however, did not carry out the fitting it was Calum and another who helped to strip it all out. I did not expect anyone to be able to hold a torch to Walter, however I reckon Calum could give Walter a run for his money. Calum was exceptionally meticulous with an eye for detail and absolutely nothing was any trouble, always checking in with me. He worked so hard and at such a pace - I do hope he is appreciated. All trades work hand in hand, being respectful of each other and not getting in the way. I absolutely love my new upgraded kitchen and matching utility room and if it lasts another 17 yrs I will be delighted. That said, my kitchen was not tired looking, merely out of date (this Walter seconded!). The whole team helped me choose really well; John the very patient one and courteous, Walter and Margaret in the showroom who had copious amounts of patience with us over our worktops (so much choice), thank you so, so much. The new worktops have really helped to give the illusion of a much wider kitchen and the detail on them is really evident from a distance - I love them. My new sinks and integrated appliances are gorgeous and I am really happy with it. I would undoubtedly have Reface back again for a third time. The quality is outstanding so do not hesitate - thank you!!

Fantastic service from Reface Scotland. The quality of the product and the work carried out by the kitchen fitter was excellent. I am very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Reface Scotland.

Excellent experience the whole way - never felt pressured, or that anyone was overly trying the sales pitches. Each person I dealt with seemed to genuinely want to help. Installation was quick and efficient, & I'm very happy with the results.

We are delighted with our kitchen and want to make a special mention to Stewart, our fitter. He was excellent, punctual, very professional and hard working. He completed all of our work within 2 days, left the kitchen spotless. He was friendly but equally he was very focussed on completing his work and did so to an exceptionally high standard. The plumber who did out sink and cooker work was also extremely good and reliable.
This would have been a 5 star rating but for confusion over the initial sales process. We were promised fitting during the first 2 weeks in December but this did not happen and I had to ring several times to check on the status of our order and our date for fitting. At this point I would like to say thank you to Eilidh in customer service. She went out of her way to resolve this issue and secure a date for fitting before Christmas turning my initial negative experience into a positive. I would definitely use the company again but just make sure that the sales process was clearer in terms of customer expectations.
Again I would like to say that Stewart is a credit to your company.

From the showroom to plan and communication I was more than happy with all information and detailed costings and expectations. On fitting day guys came in and worked incredibly hard and quietly got on with kitchen installation querying any wee problems with me before carrying on with work. The quality of finish and work is brilliant totally delight with kitchen and service provided by all the team at Reface Scotland (2nd time I used them) so glad I did as love the kitchen and way it all came together with no hassle or stress true professionals thank you so much John

After selecting kitchen doors and worktops in Hillingdon showroom ,2 surveys carried out at property to price the job. We agreed to the costs and job completed last Wednesday and Thursday.. only issue was the surveyor had ordered completely wrong doors so we’ve ended up with kitchen we did not chose. After discussions with original surveyor who did remember our door style but tried to say my husband had changed his mind on the door style when surveyor suggested to him that the shaker door we’d picked in showroom was a dust gathererThe full survey took less than 20 mins and eventually admitted he didn’t know why the wrong doors were ordered and insisted he was on our side and was going to speak to company to see what can be done to rectify error. No one has been in touch with us and after contacting surveyor tonight he says the company stance is we signed and agreed to different doors therefore nothing can be done. Totally unacceptable as the door we selected should have been door on their order form that they completed and only thing discussed at surveys were the costs: To summarise we have paid over £3500 for kitchen we did not pick and not one person from company has bothered to contact us..I’ve never known such poor customer service but will be taken further advice on this. So sales team and surveyor have managed to record wrong door style on order form and apparently it’s our fault . Also told by the showroom on my original complaint on Friday that surveyor would have shown us the door samples at survey stage so again suggesting it’s been our error but surveyor confirmed to us that due to COVID doors not allowed at survey.We have done nothing wrong yet ended up with kitchen we would never have chosen . Really hoping Reface at least understand our dissatisfaction at their handling of this and get in touch, I’m disgusted at the way they have handled this matter.

Would just like to comment on the fantastic job the re-face crew did installing my new Kitchen. The overall price was slightly under par with other companies I called but the quality workmanship throughout and “housekeeping” after themselves was exceptional!
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone looking to use these guys.

Excellent service, good communication, great install ALL GOOD

I am very happy with the work Reface has done in my kitchen. I am very impressed with the commitment of workmen who have done a brilliant job. My kitchen looks so good because the work done is high quality and finishing is very neat and clean. I will highly recommend to anyone who is looking to give their kitchen a new facelift.

Not impressed by their customer service
insist on cash on delivery , and there's a reason , if you are unhappy with work they don't seem to care
we have a problem with our sink tap and their less than enthusiastic response was if you want a different type ( ie one that actually works) you will have to pay for it
would not recommend

Excellent service from Reface. My new kitchen is wonderful and built to a very good standard. The fitter Jason was punctual, hardworking and helpful. I would recommend Reface to anybody. Great value for money.

Second kitchen reface and fitted wardrobe reface last year excellent service from every member of staff I had contact with on each occasion highly recommend this company
