I had an awful experience with this firm. Wish i could turn the clock back and choose another kitchen fitter

Wish I would have used a different company. Nothing but bother from the start. Firstly fitted all the doors badly n had to have them come back out adjust them all. Then had to have them come back out to replace factory damaged doors with a wait of months to come out.
I have now been waiting since march (9 months) for a replacement faulty door. Still waiting..

Communication is next to zero

Worktop lifted after two weeks, reface said that a plasterer stood on it, then water was left on it, offered to repair it if we bought a new worktop and paid for the work, no chance, I got a local kitchen fitter to replace the faulty work at a cost of over £700, poor work, terrible customer support, rude even, I will never recommend them and will be on social media, church group and local groups to express my disgust,now trying to meet citizens advice for guidance for small claims court, now 21/12/24,an OAP attending hospital, shame on y

My experience was not pleasant and i wish i’d went elsewhere. Would have saved alot of money.

Great communication with company and listened to what I wanted very reasonable and over the moon with my kitchen would highly recommend

Very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the installers. There was a miscommunication between joiner and plumber meaning kitchen tap wasnt fitted until the next day otherwise would have given 5 stars

Margaret from Reface Hillington was fantastic . A 10 star customer service from start to finish. Kitchen fitter was punctual, polite and extremely tidy.

Avoid reface

It was time for a tired outdated kitchen to get a new look. Reface were recommended to us by a neighbour.

We made an appointment and Ian the salesman arrived as arranged, he brought samples of materials and brochures explaing the process of refacing a kitchen , I was so convinced with Ians presentation and price I signed up within 45 minutes and paid a deposit, something I never do.

Next was a visit to Hillington to the showroom where Margaret was exceptional , she understood all my wifes concerns and requests and she showed us what the kitchen would look like and recommended the sleek handles.

Walter then arrived withing a few days, measured up everything and advised us what happened next , expect to be contacted within 4 weeks to be advised an installation date.

Bang on that date Jason x2 arrived and spent the next two days transforming the kitchen
Mid install we noticed that backing panel was omitted from the initial order and therefore not included, not an issue Jaqueline in the head office was on the case and next day Jason(3) arrived with a panel.
The staff are all very pleasant to deal with , the sales and installation staff are all professional and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
They even managed to replace sub standard doors and panels due to original kitchen design

The finish in the kitchen is perfect and we are delighted with it.

We had reface in to do our kitchen. And on the basis of the excellent job they did. We recommend them to a friend of my wife's. She was highly pleased with the refitting of her kitchen. We also got reface in to do my mum's kitchen. In all three kitchens, the workers were: friendly
helpful, professional. The job they did was of the highest standard. I had taken my mum away whilst the work was being done. When we returned as saw the completed kitchen, it was like a new kitchen. So a big thank you to the the fitters. Would I recommend Reface, definitely. 😁

Reface fitters worked their magic and turned our tired out kitchen into one of a showroom. Their standard of work was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and it only took 2 days from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Whole kitchen refitted. Fabulous job. After about 4 years though I noticed the cabinets next to the cooker where beginning to split probably due to the heat. Contacted customer services who initially sounded helpful and proactive have despite 5 months of communication and sending photographs of the problem have done nothing to address the faults.

Reface made our experience of buying new kitchen doors so easy.Margaret at the Hillington depot was very helpful and the showroom is stunning.Our fitter Wojeich was excellent and did an amazing job in transforming our kitchen.Thankyou,we are delighted that we chose Reface Scotland.

Love my new refaced kitchen. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless, from visiting the Hillington showroom, to the amazing work done by Wojciech, an asset to the company who worked tirelessly to ensure a fabulous finish. I’ve no hesitation in recommending Reface Scotland.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional, polite and very neat tidying up as they went along. They were finished quicker than I expected. My kitchen looks great and everyone has said what a lovely job they have made.

You know a good company when it comes to their after sales service. Asked them to change a door after installation. No problem, changed it without any quibble and on the date/time agreed.

Great experience from start to finish, very professional tradesmen and excellent finished kitchen. Would highly recommend this company

This company replaced my kitchen November 2022. Surveyor and workmen were excellent. However the overflow from new sink was missing. 2 tradesmen told me they had reported this back to the company. When I called them in February to check progress of this I had the misfortune to speak to a very grumpy older lady who told me it was too late to do anything about it. I ended up paying privately to get this fixed. Ultimately I would recommend not paying until you are completely satisfied. And don’t expect help from the old lady!
