.amazing kitchen
.what a fantastic service with reface .l wasnt expecting to get such an amazing kitchen without getting my whole kitchen renewed.it was breath taking when l saw it show house quality the highest of standards from an excellent joiner worchesch who takes great pride in his skill in perfecting the perfect kitchen. The quantity is amazing every line every corner cut to perfection. Never seen such detail in a job .l would recommend reface anyday they are an excellent company and l felt confidence in using them from the moment john the salesman came to my property, he was so helpful and polite and sold me on my new kitchen. The detail of of the jobs measuring of the kitchen is done by john the fitter then the surveyor Walter adds his magic to make sure everything is spot on for worchesch. To do his magic on my dream kitchen. Jacqueline and the team at the reface showroom in rutherglen are also on hand to help the customers on their journey to their dream kitchen too .well done reface for a fab job .done.

Well got my kitchen refaced.started.peeling.off.I called to.be told it was caused by.heat really its a kitchen .I was told someone would come out still.waiting never again will I use or recommend this company. Customer service none existent .no wonder the ask you to put a review on soon as it is finished

This company is fantastic
This company is fantastic. Within two weeks of me first contacting them they had sent their estimator and surveyor, who were both lovely and very helpful, and then fitted the kitchen. I got regular emails from the office which was very reassuring.
The kitchen is lovely and everything agreed was done to a high standard. The fitter was lovely, arrived promptly and got down to work as soon as he arrived. He also left everything very clean and tidy which was great for me not coming home to a mess after working all day.
Several of my friends have commented that it looks like a brand new kitchen not just a renovation of the old one.
I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone😊 from start to finish they were great. Aplus for Reface Scotland!

Professional Finish - Excellent End Result
Walter spent a lot of time and came away with a very detailed solution to the kitchen I had initially chosen in terms of layout/design gaining the best possible outcome in relation to space etc. The quality of the materials is good and they provided my kitchen with a new modern look that I was very pleased with. Zak in particular worked so methodically and really was a perfectionist in his trade. Overall a good experience and would thoroughly recommend Reface Scotland to others.

From start to finish Refacescotland was a pleasure to work with. The salesperson was really helpful, listening to what we wanted and helping us to come to the best decision. The big factor was he didn’t pressurise us into things we didn’t need. The gentleman who did the final measurements explained things really clearly discussing with us little adjustments which would make it better (no extra cost to the agreed price). Zac, the fitter, was excellent. Polite, hardworking, friendly and left the kitchen immaculate. He is definitely a great ambassador for the firm. Overall this was a job well done and with very little disturbance. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Job was carried out to a high standard of professionalism, no surprise charges and really good focus on quality. It wasn’t as cheap as I originally thought it would be but a lot less than a new kitchen and it looks like a new kitchen! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend reface as they are a diligent company that really cares about customer service. Great aftercare support as well.

From first visit to installation
From first visit to installation , service was excellent . My only concern was attitude of gentleman who pursued me for payment of outstanding balance - policy is to have payment on delivery which is fine but attitude was poor and he showed no interest in minor issue with delivery . Installers assured me that all would be satisfactory and on that basis I paid . Pity as everyone else was lovely . But for that I would have given 5 stars .
