A lovely afternoon out at Sherwood Steam Railwsy. My son really enjoyed his train driver experience and the driver Pete was very patient and positive.

Awful cream tea
The massage was nice but the so called cream tea was worst we ever had and should not be sold as a cream tea. It was 2 mugs of tea, no sandwiches and the scones were brought out still frozen. We took them back and after heating them in the microwave they were just warm doughy lumps, awful. This cafe does not have the facilities to offer a cream tea and should not be advertising cream teas.

We had a lovely stay at Greenwoods spa…
We had a lovely stay at Greenwoods spa there was a couple of things that could have made the stay better. The shower wasn't hot and even though there was 2 fans in the room it was very hot but it was a very hot day so that couldn't be helped also we arrived at 2 and would have like to have sat the beautiful grounds and though there were tables and chairs no umbrellas so it was far to hot out there without shade. The food staff and decor excellent.

Hard to book but worth it in the end
It took a great deal of patience to get my booking date fixed as I was unable to link through to the site online despite numerous attempts. Multiple unmanned phone calls finally resulted in a spa day after much persistence (I could not leave a booking message but was just offered a call back but no option to agree a convenient time). The spa facilities were in the process of being updated to a high spec. The spa day itself was enjoyable, including a delicious high quality lunch, although my bored masseuse did make me feel as if I was rather an inconvenience!

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service! I was gifted an Afternoon Tea at The Shard for Christmas, but unfortunately the dates I wanted weren't available. Red Letter Days made the process incredibly easy and allowed me to swap my experience for Afternoon Tea at Harrods instead. The exchange was quick, hassle-free, and their customer service was excellent throughout. I couldn't be happier with the support I received and would highly recommend Red Letter Days.

The food was only average for a cafe---not for an upmarket castle venue.
I would not recommend it.

Booked wrong experience in error
My husband accidentally booked the wrong experience, but Red Letter Days was incredibly helpful. Using the online chat service, I was initially assisted by the AI assistant before being connected to a customer service agent who was able to help further.
After providing the voucher and PIN details, the agent quickly arranged the experience he had originally wanted. A huge thank you to the team for their excellent customer service and support. This experience voucher was a retirement gift from a close friend, so it meant a great deal to him to be able to enjoy the correct experience.

Had a lovely afternoon tea at Bishopstrow Hotel and spa which was a special birthday gift from my daughter.
Plush surroundings and delicious savoury and sweet treats. Also choice of hot beverages.
