Had a lovely afternoon tea at Bishopstrow Hotel and spa which was a special birthday gift from my daughter.
Plush surroundings and delicious savoury and sweet treats. Also choice of hot beverages.
Staff polite and attentive.

Paying for the voucher was not problematic but actually downloading it was impossible for me. I had to get help from my grandson

Was given a Red Letter voucher for a birthday gift and have tried numerous times to book the skywire experiece I was given. Red Letter Days does not get back to you on any chat requests for help, emails or call back requests. Not once have they responded to my requests. Avoid Red Letter Days and buy vouchers direct from the company/experience provider.

The venue was very nice
The venue was very nice, the staff was lovely and the tea was delicious.
I found the sandwiches was very dry and had been left out so had dried out. The scones l think may have been left over from the day before as again very dry and hard. I do a lot of baking and when l make scones they are light and can crumble as they are so fresh

Helicopter flight with bubbly for twohad a voucher for a helicopter…
Helicopter Flight for Two with Bubbly voucher was given to my friend Fiona Smith and myself for Christmas from family. We were looking forward to a great experience which as it turned out was. The booking experience was not I am afraid. We wanted the weather to be fine so waited till the summer months to book. I went online to see the nearest place for helicopter flights which as living in west Sussex was IOW or Woking. Everything has to be online so couldn't speak to anyone personally. We chose IOW first Fiona was staying there for a few days so visited the airfield when finally found someone to speak to was told they only flew August Bank Holiday weekend which was out of the question. So opted to try Woking. We got together and went online the best date for us turned out to be last Saturday 25th July the forecast was ideal. We read they had two spaces available but needed to book there and then for an additional fee of £20 each. Wishing to accept we booked and paid. That evening we had an email asking for another £5 each for fuel surcharge. As this was originally a gift we were now finding ourselves paying money. Saturday we left for Woking allowing plenty of time and arrived at our destination with time to spare. Whilst waiting to be called one of the stewards came round asking any spectators if they wanted to fly that day plenty of trips. We were a bit shocked to hear as we had paid a further £20 each. We then had to wait for boarding having to be weighed etc. Had we been more than what we had said we would have had to pay again. The experience you advertise is of two people with a glass of Bubbly enjoying a helicopter flight. We had to go with two others who had apparently paid more for one of them to sit up front and the other by the window this meant only one of us sat by the window the other an obscured view. The flight itself was a lovely experience but the Bubbly we were yet to enjoy was given to us when asked for in a miniature bottle from the back of a car and was very warm, not even a paper cup to drink out of. We left exhilarated but also deflated and out of pocket. Personally it would have been good to be able to speak to someone from Redletter to advise us on the trip.

Easy to book and download tickets to a phone wallet. Good instructions. Ample parking. Lots to see and do with good facilities. Excellent Call the Midwife tour guide who was very professional and clearly passionate about her job. Ticket also included entry to other attractions in Chatham Historic Dockyard. Great day out 😀

We had a wonderful time at Belhuish…
We had a wonderful time at Belhuish Farm. The owner made feel very welcome and entertained us with many stories of his younger life. He is a lovely caring man. The cooked breakfast was one of the best we have eaten, all fresh local products . The room was very comfy and we also enjoy sitting in the garden after a day excursion. It is well situated to visit Durdle door and seaside resorts . Highly recommend.
