Very disappointed with my experience with Right Choice Insurance (also known as Pink World Insurance). I agreed to a quoted price, but the cost was increased afterwards, which I found misleading and unfair. Communication was poor, and I didn't feel the original agreement was honoured.
My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research, read all the terms carefully, and make sure you get everything confirmed in writing before signing up. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

Cheryl understood and dealt with my issue. I am not happy due to the company charging customer the full deposit and plus fee of £39.58 and within 14 days cooling off period, never heard of this daylight robbery! I paid the fees to get out of the contract but made it clear what I thought of their clauses and that I will be taking further action. She was helpful and had empathy with the situation, at end of the day she just follows the rules . She's not making money from the ill gotten gains the companies making from fleecing customers!!!

Fantastic service I could not ask for a better service, Everything is simple and straight forward. They answer phone lines pretty quick and dont have you on hold for ages. I spoke with I guy called Ian today I found him a very happy chap and he sorted my query out straight away. 10 out of 10 on customer service

Cheryls customer service was excellent, the help was useful and informative and could not have been given by AI, or a person with lesser knowledge, 2 or more thumbs up.

We recently took out a new car insurance policy online and, after receiving the documents, realised that some changes were needed. My husband called customer services and was pleasantly surprised that there was no waiting time. He was then transferred to Cheryl Austin, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Cheryl quickly updated all the required information and arranged for the amended documents to be sent over promptly. She made the whole experience straightforward and stress-free, providing excellent customer service from start to finish.

CHERYL AUSTIN Was super helpful and efficient. Resolved by query quickly despite the system being down.

I requested cancellation as my Son had passed his test and the adjustment for 3 months remaining on the policy was almost as much as purchasing a different 12 month policy. The person I spoke to(IA NW) was quick, efficient and courteous.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I had a car insurance policy with them and all of my payments were made on time. After I sold my car, I contacted them to cancel the policy, only to be hit with unexpected cancellation charges that were never made clear to me beforehand.

Despite having kept my account up to date, they are now threatening court action over these charges. I find their practices unfair and misleading, and I feel that important costs were not properly disclosed from the outset.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Right Choice Insurance to anyone looking for transparent and honest customer service.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Dealing with them has been nothing short of an absolute nightmare. They are a bunch of absolute thieves who are quick to take your hard-earned money but completely MIA when you actually need them.
Their customer service is nonexistent, their communication is shocking, and their entire business model seems to revolve around hitting you with hidden fees, massive price hikes, and endless excuses. They will happily rip you off and offer zero support in return.
Do yourself a massive favour and look elsewhere. Save your money, save your sanity, and go with a company that actually has an ounce of integrity. This lot are a joke.
