Honestly probably one of the best experiences I’ve had whith a car insurance company. Prakesh took his time to explain the policy and really helped me get the best deal Top bloke.and Top company.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the guy who I dealt with today,but he went above and beyond to do the best he could to get me the best price for my car insurance,I was given a quote and he managed to not only reduce the monthly payment quote but also the deposit, appreciation to both him and the underwriters, my first time using got you covered and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family

Alex vilar is an absolute credit to your company…extremely helpful and incredibly thorough. I’m very impressed by Alex vilar. Let’s hope the company can match his attitude and attitude towards me as a client. Absolutely brilliant person he deserves a promotion as soon as possible.

Very good and compatible price for car insurance. I wish get the insurance online but does not go through and I needed to call. I was on the line for 1 hour 21 minutes. But staff was helpful to sort out at the end.

Amazingly my cover premium remained the same. Leslie was efficient, clear in his communication and friendly. The process took a few minutes and was an easy renewal all over the phone.

The member of staff (Tyrone) that handled the purchase of my insurance policy was an absolute delight to deal with. He was so genuinely warm, friendly, positive, helpful, and polite and when above and beyond to speak to various underwriters and his managers to secure the best deal available to me. He was back and forth on the phone to me throughout the day…always calling back at the exact time he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly and was able to confidently answer all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. I couldn’t fault the customer service he provided.
