Un servizio molto efficiente! Ho sbagliato a digitale l`indirizzo mail e ho comunicato questo errore e subito ho ricevuto una risposta assicurante. Il giorno dopo ho ricevuto il mio biglietto!

You pay for cancel insurance but won't transfer your ticket to a 1.5 hour earlier. I didn't know they had earlier trains since the website automatically sets to 0700

This is a rip you off site. You will pay more for tickets than if you go directly to the rail company. This company will overcharge you and add additional fees on top. And if you try to cancel after you realize you can get cheaper tickets from the rail line they will let you cancel and will even refund a portion the the ticket price (maybe 75%) but not the fees. If you want to pay more for the exact same ticket then go here. Don't say you weren't warned

I had to cancel tickets 90 days prior the tickets date and even so the refund policy was totally insensitive. I wish you all a happy new year and huge profits what ever the cost.

This company does not seem to have any customer service. My Eurostar was cancelled the morning of departure. No one picked up the phone at RailClick. I had to book another ticket through Eurostar that was almost twice as much. RailClick refunded the cost of the ticket but none of the fees and will not help with the fare difference. Emails asking for price adjustments are simply ignored. Book directly with Eurostar!!!!

We received an Email regarding the overnight train trip from Naples to Palermo, which said there was to be upgrade works on the line, and this affected our date of travel. It said the timetables of the last three stations of our trip, including our arrival destination of Palermo were "postponed". Not undetstaning what that meant for our journey I Emailed Railclick asking if this meant the train would not travel all the way or would we have to disembark before this. Rail click did not answer this question but rather informed me that they were not Trenitalia so to go to them. The Trenitalia website kindly directed me to their Australuan office which was Railclick. It took 6 Emails to railclick and them simply fobbing me off back to Trenitalia before I remembered I had taken the "VIP rail click service"as a paid for extra cover in emergencies and found a 24hr, 7 day a week number"assuring me of prompt 24hr service". I called the 24hr, 7 day number, waited on hold for 1 hr and was promptly disconnected. I sent an Email to their VIP email with no acknowledgment. So I suggest you book direct online through Trenitalia and by pass rail click, and definately reconsider the non existent vip service. My experience with Rail click has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I accidentally entered my daughter’s name twice instead of my own while booking train tickets for my family. After emailing Railclick for help, they responded almost immediately and corrected the passenger name on the ticket. Very efficient and reliable customer service—highly appreciated!

o tempo de resposta nao.foi o menor, mas resolveram e me enviaram os bilhetes que eu havia comprado e nao apareciam nas minhas reservas, a empresa era a Trenitalia, e comprei pelo railclick

It's basically a scam! They mimick the website and URL of Trenitalia and charge you 3 times the price of the original ticket. However, you just get a PDF confirmation with a Trenitalia logo that says: "Not valid for travel".

Be careful they pretend to be trenitalia but they are not.
If you want to change tickets they never answer or say it is not possible as it is.
Book directly on the train company's site. Railclick is dangerous

Railclick dealt with my enquiry okay and i would like to let railclick know i found the tickets for basel to paris i booked with railclick so everything okay now

Misleading website. It was not clear on your web site that I was buying a ticket that was getting assigned to a seat facing backwards in a row away from the window, a seat I do not want and can now not get changed to a window seat and not get a refund for it.
