Proceed with caution
Extremely disappointing experience with Proinvest Properties Ltd. Jordan initially assured me I’d receive a refund for a block of flats, as we hadn’t received anything from the seller’s solicitor for months. That refund never happened. Even worse, I later discovered that a murder had taken place in one of the flats — something that was never disclosed to me. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Their terms are unfair, and they offer no refunds — even if your survey uncovers serious issues. I strongly recommend using a sourcing agent with a client account and a fair refund policy. Their policy does not allow refunds even if after surveys find serious defects with the properties.
