Amazing company, did the refurb for me at a GREAT price, great progression through the sales process. Louise was amazing as the property went through the latter stages of the sale and kept me up to date on everything, with regular updates throughout.

Avoid pro investment properties.
I have had multiple issues with this company. Purchase prices of properties increasing after being agreed which they didn’t not tell me so I found out from my solicitor not long before completion. Not being made aware of important aspects such a the property going through a repossession or probate which caused enormous complications. Refurbishment extremely poor which has led to extra costs to fix the issues. Overinflated deals where the end value is £30,000 less than stated, rent £600 less per month. After making a complaint I was fed lies for 4 months that they were fixing the issues but nothing was done and was told they would not fix anything unless my complaint was withdrawn. This has all left me massively out of pocket
It also looks like they have folded multiple companies in the past when owing alot of people and then opened under new entities. I have also been made aware they are being investigated by the PRS, property ombudsmen & also trading standard.
Avoid the hassle & stay well clear of Proinvest

Pro invest have put my faith back into ever selling a home!!
I had been made endless false promises, multiple failed sales and complete lies from Michael Poole and went to pro invest hoping for a quick sale to match my purchase date.
They found me a buyer within a day and sorted absolutely everything.
Unfortunately due to horrific action from our solicitor and continuous delayed responses our buyer, we had to go through with a cash deposit for our purchase which was absolutely not ideal for me personally.
Pro invest totally empathised with this and wanted to get my sale through as quickly as possible, it genuinely felt as though they wanted to make my life easier and not just complete another sale like so many other estate agents.
I dealt with Kay for 8 months through the process of my sale and she has genuinely became a friend. I actually told my husband I wanted to take her for a cocktail as she is the only person in the estate agent world who will only promise reality. She will go to the end of the earth for you but never sell you a fiction which is unbelievably refreshing during a sale process. It is like speaking to your best friend about something who will only respond facts and solutions rather than empty promises. The friendliest professional ever!
When I had a hard time with my purchase kay even provided advice on this for me too, even though the building wasn’t listed with their company. She literally didn’t benefit anything but was more than willing to spend her time helping me out as I knew nothing about the purchase world.
After my original sale fell through, they found me a new buyer within about 14 hours which has completed in 2.5 months (with Christmas and new year holidays in between that).
I have more than likely became their most irritating client, constantly pestering them to chase my solicitor or the buyers solicitor (even though that isn’t their job) but they greeted me with the utmost kindness and helpfulness every single time. Going above and beyond what they actually should be.
The most genuine team ever. If I ever became an estate agent I’d apply immediately to be a part of such a friendly and passionate group.

these people are an absolute joke, avoid like the plauge
we have purchased 5 properties a year ago and we are still waiting for these properties to be onboarded with strive,
i will not be using them in the future,
