The website is clear and easy to navigate and I was able to submit my orders easily. Whilst waiting for my order, I emailed the company to check its progress, and the staff responded quickly and politely. When I expressed concern that I needed the items by a certain date and was worried they would not arrive, they arranged for a courier to send the items to arrive the next working day. I am very impressed with the level of service provided

The hot air blower is working very well. For a very reasonable price! We are happy we ordered two of them! :)
To improve two tips for Preservation Equipment: the electricity cord between the dock and the handle is quite short, especially when working on site. 1 or 1,5 extension would make it much easier to handle.
And because most of us is women, a smaller handle would be very nice. But the extension of the cord is more important.

but again, for a big project this tool is very well priced, the handle is very light, the dock station proper and simple and clear, nice that is a hot blower and a hot spatula!

We purchased white cotton gloves, the staff were very helpful on the phone beforehand as we wanted to be sure of the quality having been disappointed with other suppliers, they were sent promptly, the quality was very good and we were kept informed about the progress, emails about receipts were answered promptly and all the staff we dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be making our future orders with them.

Have just received the box for my family 100yr old bible, I gave the measurements to the company and within a few days had received the box.
The box is very strong and hard wearing + the measurements perfect and the bible fits a treat.

I wanted to order a large roll of tyvek from PEL to be shipped to California. They were incredibly helpful with figuring everything out, accommodating my requests, and then sending me what I wanted in record time. I didn't even need it that fast, but very happy to have it delivered in perfect condition :)

I placed an online order (for a Birthday gift for my father) which was delivered less than 48 hours later, and I was kept informed of its progress throughout the process, and also had options for adding or amending delivery instructions. They were very steadfast in their replies to my enquiries, provided reassurance and took care of all the details to ensure all goes smoothly. My purchases of the products happened to be during the lockdown in UK and times of this pandemic which created some delay but these were to be expected and understandable. It is also heartening to know that the PEL is doing their upmost best to still provide access to goods, doing good work in customers service while also taking care of the wellbeing of their staff during times of pandemic. There is no doubting the quality of PEL products, many of which you cannot get anywhere else. I bought a range of preservation items which arrived promptly and securely and which I am very happy with. Given that VAT on these items is significant and postage very high it was not inexpensive but I was prepared to accept that.

However, one particular item was not suitable despite assurances in the listing that it would meet the purposes for which it was intended. I bought four of these items so it amounted to the bulk of my order. I requested a return based on the misleading nature of the listing which was accepted. The listing was, in the meantime, adjusted in light of my complaint thereby acknowledging that the information was less than clear. Customer services nonetheless insisted that I would be liable for the cost of returning the item to them. I had to take issue with this by drawing their attention to the adjusted listing in light of my complaint before they agreed to cover the return costs. No apology was forthcoming which, under the circumstances, would have been appropriate!
