Our order was organised quickly and efficiently, including a request for bespoke boxes. The ProForma invoice was accurate, produced immediately and revised as needed. Communication was excellent, with timely updates on the progress of the order. The shipment was delivered promptly, with useful tracking information, and was very well-packed, with good protection, even for the very large items. In all, this was a perfect interface from website to email to order, and we recommend PEL very highly!

Not only does the company provide essential equipment and supplies, the staff are pleasant, helpful, and do their best to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. They may not always be able to fully meet an individual customer's needs but, my experience is that they will do all that they possibly can.

Our order was running slightly behind the expected date due to an influx of orders they were receiving, but when the staff became aware that we needed our order urgently they pushed it through for us as quickly as they could and had it arranged to be with us within the next 2 days. Mandy from customer services was very helpful.

When I placed the order I was told that delivery would be within 7 days - to be expected, but when this is for the opening of an exhibition that was due to start on the 7th day, that was cutting it close! The team were absolutely amazing though - the order was placed on Thursday and the items arrived on the Saturday, with tracking information keeping me up to date throughout! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Totally superb, and fantastic customer service.

I've used PEL for years and they never fail to deliver on the quality of the equipment I need for creating, preserving and storing my artwork.

We needed board in a hurry (why is it that persons working on 300 year old instruments get into the pickle of needing card yesterday!?) and I ordered it after the office closed on a Wednesday. I sent an email, left a note and a voicemail asking for it to be expedited. Before dawn the next day there was a message saying that the board would be sent that very day - it was! - and it arrived today before midday.

This was my first time ordering from PEL. I cleverly managed to complete two separate orders within minutes of each other instead of a combined order. I had a little mutter to myself but considered it an exercise in learning to concentrate.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from Mandy the next day explaining that the orders would be amalgamated and I'd only have to pay one amount of postage. I can't recall when, or if, this has happened before with any other online purchase.

Because of this I'm definitely going to order more items from PEL and I hope Mandy gets a promotion or pay rise.
