Preservation Equipment Ltd Anmeldelser

After getting out old family photos and documents and seeing them fading I knew I had to search for something to protect them. luckily I found Preservation Equipment Ltd online.
What a brilliant, helpful company they are. Website is easy to follow and they sell so many different sizes of pockets with choice of openings as well as boxes, everything you need. The items are so much cheaper than I expected as well.
Shipping is calculated once you place your order which I can understand as there is a bit of weight in them if you are buying a few packs and of course more so buying boxes. They search for the cheapest carrier for you.
I wasn't sure if they delivered off shore, my query answered very quickly. Once I placed my order the shipping quote was emailed back. I did have a problem accepting it, I think as is often the case computer systems do not like off shore addresses. I sent an email and query was sorted very quickly. I was kept up to date. No sooner had I been advised my items had been delivered than they arrived. Absolutely delighted with the pockets, so easy to use and such a relief to know things are protected. I just can not thank them enough for their help and once I do have everything sorted and I know what size I need I will have no hesitation in ordering a box from them. my advice is don't leave it too late protect your photos as soon as you can with Preservation Equipment Ltd

Used to buy comic bags and boards for archival storage from pel, now i have to request a quote which costs £16 for shipping and handling, the items i am ordering cost £23, last year it was just £5 postage so i have no idea what is going on, i am in the uk ordering to a uk address.

PEL is great! We have had several visits from John over the last few years, who is great at weighing up new projects and coming up with proposals for suitable products. Thanks PEL!

John Bye, Sam and the team at PEL always provide us with an excellent product at competitive prices just when we need them. They are very reactive to our requirements and go the extra mile to ensure fantastic service every time.

I placed an order over a week ago and still haven't received my order.

They really ought to send their goods by a tracked service and provide a tracking number. I now have to wait another week before chasing again.

Mine was an international transaction for a product I could not find elsewhere.

Preservation Equipment Ltd. had exactly what I needed. They handled my order expediently, packaged it properly to withstand the shipping, and potentially the exposure to the weather if I was not home to receive it when it was delivered.

I am quite happy with their service, and recommend them highly.

I had the email about the new PEL catalogue, which prompted me to put in an order for items I already knew I needed. Then I ordered the catalogue - free, but a small charge for P & P. Today I had a follow up email. Mandy had spotted the two orders, added the catalogue to the main order and cancelled the postage charge. Joined up thinking by a real person is SO rare these days that I was simply delighted. Thank you!

Made an order a year ago and it arrived with something missing. Been contacting them throughout the year to either get a refund or have it sent again with no response. Don't waste your time with this company.

**Edit: I can assure you I wouldn't make things up, and I can see that you've tried to get this review removed. I've provided the reference number from the order through the prompt.

I ordered some, for me, new products, all were ready and well packed. I am looking forward to trying them out.

The optic lense was delivered quickly and in good packaging, the opti visor is a good headband and the Da number 5 is excellent for painting.

I needed acetate sleeves to protect watercolour drawings - firm provided exactly what I required with excellent quick delivery and careful packing. Strongly recommend and will certainly use again.

The products received is high-grade and premium archival material. Good price and also good rate for shipment overseas using air freight and properly packed for sensitive goods! Thank you PeL!

very impressed as a new customer , had an archiving job and needed an order asap , the whole process was brilliant. Mandy emailed personally to update me on delivery. arrived on time well packaged and excellent products. Thank you to the team . Highly recommended 5 stars

I needed some snake weights at very short notice for a research visit to a library. Mandy in Customer Services could not have been more helpful in arranging prompt processing and rapid despatch of my order. They arrived in time, and proved invaluable.

We needed prints sleeves to fulfil a last minute customer order, and requested a pretty unrealistic turnaround.
Our order was dealt with straight away, Efficiently without fuss.
Thank you Mandy!

Considerate advice and clear answers to my queries.
Delivery made efficiently and without fuss or bother by Nick and Alex. I would use this provider again.

We had really prompt and helpful service from Mandy; when two orders went out in a hurry, Mandy got in touch personally to rearrange delivery in one go which helped with costs and organisation. It was refreshingly helpful in an age where ordering online feels so detached. Highly recommended company, thank you.

Flexibility, product choice, courtesy and flexibility

Mandy quickly assisted me with my query. Finding out more information, presenting options regarding getting my order fulfilled, and resolving my issue. Thank you!
