Joined ABCs because I had a lot of limiting beliefs about my Asian masculinity and JT helped with that. Came in a virgin and I was expecting to lose my virginity during the bootcamp, but that did not happen. Was disappointed by that, but I did learn a lot and was starting to challenge some huge limiting beliefs. I did lose my virginity to an attractive busty Brazilian woman about 1.5 weeks after bootcamp (lots of lessons from bootcamp came up and was when I started to realized lots of latinas especially Brazilians appreciate Asian men). Signed up for long term training and it was a lot of money. But on my second bootcamp during that trip I really started having a mindset shift and transformation.
Yes, this is expensive. But I think JT genuinely has some great content and is very analytical and does manage to distill concepts pretty thoroughly in my opinion. There is a lot of upselling, but JT’s content has been good. ROI is good if you really don’t know what you’re doing or struggling with a lot of limiting beliefs.

For starters, I am not Asian at all in any situation except my love for some dim sum. I am black guy who found JT at a real bad place. Not only did JT spin a girl into my arms to have the most captivating conversation I would have on a Saturday night. He showed me life worth living again. I thought all this dating stuff was nonsense how could an average asian man help me. But like the saying goes never judge a book by its cover. He focuses his teachings on your initial skill set and what type of person you are. Taking you far beyond your comfort zone where the fear begins. JT reminds you to rely on your training and it will push you through all the adversity. Man I’m telling you I wanted to give up I didn’t believe any of it could work. It transforms you little by little until your friends start to not recognize you. The only issue I have with ABC is why didn’t take the bootcamp sooner. Without JT I couldn’t possibly find the courage to know who I am.

I am writing this review to give my honest feedback about the ABCs of Attraction program. Some parts of the program were good, but my experience with the main coach, JT Tran, was very disappointing.
During the program, it felt like JT did not care about teaching. He spent a lot of time drinking and even asked students to buy drinks for him. He often disappeared during important moments. When he was there, he seemed too tired to coach. He gave very vague and empty advice instead of the clear critiques I expected. It felt like he relied on his old reputation instead of helping the students who paid for his time. Also, his marketing about empowering Asian men felt like a sales trick because he put very little effort into the actual classes.
There was also a lot of pressure to buy more courses. He always tried to upsell us to a Korean American coach. This coach has a lot of Instagram followers and many people know him, but his dating advice is not realistic for average income guys who do not have that kind of social media status. JT also tried to upsell trips to Latin American countries. He said Asian men are seen as exotic there. But really, it is just because of Western money and purchasing power. It is not because of a special dating strategy.
In contrast, the other coaches like Ozzie and Jeff were excellent. They were helpful, gave good guidance, and worked hard to help the students.
I liked Ozzie and Jeff, and I thought about taking long term courses with them. But JT is too involved in the business and always pushes these bad upsells. Because of this, I do not trust the long term value of this program. JT often checks out and gives empty advice, so I cannot recommend this program.

I joined ABCs close to 50 and it’s been transformational not only in dating but also becoming a complete and masculine man. As an Asian American I excelled in academics and became a medical physician and investor, but was lacking the social skills that limited my success with women and led to a divorce. After meeting JT Tran at his bootcamp, I joined all his programs including tours and long term training, and have been incrementally adding skills and changing my identity. I have dated higher quality women in younger age ranges of all ethnicities. I continue to participate in ABCs to reach my potential and the improvements in social interaction have helped me in all relationships in life. I also engage with Capt Daniel Kim, one of the coaches that specializes in online dating and masculinity and dominance. I highly recommend ABCs for their integrity and the experience of all their coaches. It is not always a smooth process to grow, but the rewards are worth the time and effort. This is definitely one of the essential life programs that can change your life trajectory.

I took ABC's bootcamp and fashion make over twice some time back. The course was pack with tons of knowledge and well organized. Watching JT in action was inspiring and allowed me to see what was possible and what i needed to learn to get there.

I definitely would recommend ABCs of Attraction for those who want to improve their dating life. They are legit and know what they are talking about.

I did a few programs with ABCs of Attraction and the reason it was more than one is because I loved the attention they dedicated to helping me with my growth. The initial program I took really helped me turn the chapter from divorced, single, and lost to someone who could find love and companionship again. What followed was them helping me improve on my dating and attraction skills which have since delivered results, helping me to have attractive women around in my life

JT gives you the tools, structure, and honest feedback you need to improve your dating life, but more importantly, he pushes you to actually use them. He does not just give theory. He challenges you, encourages you, and helps you break through the mental blocks that keep you stuck.

I had studied social dynamics on my own for years, but the bootcamp opened my mind in ways I could not have experienced alone. Being coached in real time, getting direct feedback, and seeing the process from a different perspective made a major difference.

JT is an excellent coach who genuinely cares about his students. He doesn’t give everyone the same advice—he takes the time to understand your situation and creates a plan that fits you.

What I appreciate most is his accountability. Whenever I make excuses or lose motivation, he pushes me to take action instead of staying comfortable. During bootcamps, he also leads by example by demonstrating everything in real interactions, not just teaching theory.

Most importantly, JT helps you build confidence in yourself instead of focusing on your limitations. He’s always responsive and truly wants to see his students succeed. I highly recommend him to anyone who’s serious about improving.

I wanted to share a experience I had with ABCs of Attraction bootcamp in Toronto with JT Tran.

For some background, I’m a 21-year-old Chinese international student who moved to Canada for school. Dating and relationships have always been a major weak spot for me. I have never been in a relationship, and for a long time, I felt like I had terrible luck with women. Being in Canada also made it harder because I often felt socially and culturally out of place, especially in nightlife environments where I did not always feel like I fit in. At one point, I genuinely started thinking there was a real chance I could end up alone here. That sounds dramatic, but when you keep failing, avoiding women, and watching other people seem to figure dating out naturally, it starts to mess with your self-esteem. That was the main reason I decided to seek help from JT Tran and ABCs of Attraction. Before the bootcamp, one of my biggest issues was approach anxiety. I could talk once a conversation started, but actually walking up to a girl cold in a bar or club felt terrifying. I would overthink everything: what to say, how I looked, whether I would get rejected, whether I belonged there at all.The first night of the bootcamp focused on the fundamentals: attraction, mindset, social awareness, and breaking down approach anxiety. It gave me a better understanding of what was holding me back, but I was still very much in my head.The second night was where everything started to click. We booked a table, went out as a group, and the whole environment changed. Instead of feeling like I was alone trying to figure everything out, I had a group of guys around me who were also pushing themselves, holding each other accountable, and encouraging each other to approach.That brotherhood aspect was one of the biggest things I got out of it. Everyone was there to improve, and nobody let each other hide in the corner or make excuses. When you are surrounded by guys who are also pushing through fear, it becomes way harder to stay passive.We ended up going to a bar/club that was mostly white, which normally would have made me feel intimidated or out of place. But that night, I realized I could actually hold my own socially. I was approaching, having conversations, and not letting the environment make me feel smaller. That was a big mental shift for me.By the end of the weekend, I felt like a lot of the negative self talk I gave myself before were disproven. For example, white Canadian girls are racist towards asian guys and I was not attracted to them. At the end, I was able to pull multiple hot girls which if you had asked me a week before, I would not have believed you. They genuinely enjoyed talking to us, and I felt attractive to them.For anyone struggling with approach anxiety, especially if you feel like you do not naturally fit into the dating scene, I think the biggest value is not just the theory. It is being put in the environment, being forced to take action, and having people around you who hold you accountable. That part changed a lot for me. Another thing I really appreciated about JT’s material is that it is very specifically catered toward Asian men. That mattered a lot to me.A lot of dating advice online is very generic. It talks about confidence, masculinity, approaching, flirting, and rejection, but it does not always address the specific limiting beliefs that Asian guys can carry, especially in Western dating environments. Things like feeling invisible, feeling less desired, feeling culturally out of place, or assuming that certain girls would never be interested in you before you even try. Those beliefs can become a mental prison. Even before approaching, you already disqualify yourself.That was one of the reasons JT’s coaching hit differently for me. He understood the Asian male experience in a way that many mainstream dating coaches simply do not. It was not just “be confident bro” advice. It directly addressed the self-doubt, the cultural background, the insecurity, and the fear of being judged that a lot of Asian men deal with. I was also breaking down a lot of the beliefs I had built up about myself as a Chinese guy trying to date in Canada. So for those of you who are struggling in dating, maybe check out JT, he's the real deal.Another thing that stood out to me about JT is that he was not just teaching theory. He felt like the older brother I never had in this area of my life. A lot of guys can explain dating concepts, but JT actually demonstrated what was possible. He did not just tell us to approach. He showed us how to carry ourselves, how to start conversations, how to stay calm, and how to not make rejection feel like the end of the world.

JT is not your typical dating coach. He created a system that you can follow logically to train your social muscle. He fostered a brotherhood where you can make friends who has same goals so that you don't fight alone. He also hold you accountable for creating healthy relationship with the right actions.
