Even though I am extremely grateful for the quick shipping, the necklace itself is not worth the £150 I paid. The birthstones are so tiny you can’t see them without putting your glasses on and looking under a light.

The customer service person I spoke to was very kind and understanding, but unfortunately the outcome wasn’t. I asked for a refund if I retuned the necklace but was told no because the size of the stones were “clearly” shown on the listing.

Overall, extremely disappointed in the necklace and the help regarding the refund I asked for.

I don’t recommend this store if you’re looking to buy items with the birthstones as you will not see them on the actual product.

My experience with Posh Totty and Eleanor in particular was amazing. I ordered two personalised necklaces as gifts for my sons and when they arrived the chain length wasn't quite right ( my error). I literally had 3 days to be able to send back and change the length before I needed them back. They were amazing at sorting a returns label quickly and then returning special delivery and the communication was excellent.The necklaces are lovely quality and I would definitely use this as my go to place for jewellery now! Thank you, first class service!

Emily and Eleanor from customer service have been amazing in helping me sort an issue with my ring at no cost to me at all. Also - huge peace of mind when ordering a Xmas gift for my husband and worrying about resizing. They treat their customers well

Whilst the rings I ordered are beautiful and well made, the customer service when it comes to personalisation and feedback are lacking. Everything comes down to the order form and if there are any mistakes or misunderstandings, they will not be fixed.

The jewellery I ordered is not only not fit for purpose, but I am also without any means of compensation. I am disappointed, as I spent a decent amount of money and thought on this gift and will be left with a wrongly monogrammed ring for a very special occasion.

Overall a very good experience and nice product. I wanted to exchange something and the customer service (Emily) was very kind, polite and helpful. I would happily purchase from PTD again.

Bella, who replied to my query was fast, accurate and thoughtful in her reply. I felt there was true concern and intention to understand and reply to my personal need - jewelry is personal in nature so this was really appreciated and a solution and purchase accomplished in just a few days.

Oh my days! The communication from this company is exemplary. I had a custom request to make a very special piece of jewellery for my Dad. Emily couldn't have been more helpful. She guided me through which products would be suitable, talked to the team of jewellers to find out which images would be suitable for the engraving and kept me up to date at every step. I can not recommend them highly enough. I can't wait to receive my Dad's special gift as I am sure he is going to love it. The products are reasonably priced and the wait time is much better than some of the other companies we looked at. Thank you so much for helping me.

My partner ordered the petite initial necklace with my son’s initial. This snapped after two days and after asking multiple jewellers, who were unable to repair, my partner contacted customer service.

They told us they can’t repair it or offer any sort of refund but instead gave 15% off to purchase another one! Which would inevitably break again.

Extremely disappointed as this has sentimental value.

Be wary of the quality of their jewellery!

I bought a very nice necklace a couple of years ago and now I needed to add a ring and polish it. The experience with the customer service was really excellent, and Eleanor supported me through all the steps, providing support above and beyond, friendly advice and great clarity. The response time to my enquiry was very short and all my questions were resolved very quickly. Eleanor supported when I missed a piece of information in the order and kept me updated all the way through the order. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Mention for Kelly, the jeweller, for the great work as well.

I wrote a note on my order telling the staff that if there’s anything they can do to help my order arrive before the 27th as I’d really appreciate it as my friend from Australia is visiting me in the uk and that’s the date of her birthday and she goes back to Aus the next day! A lovely lady named Eleanor emailed me back to tell me they were going to make it today and have it shipped out to me by tomorrow. I just thought this was so so kind of them and I mean I couldn’t have asked for any more. I haven’t got it yet as it’s only been a day since I ordered but if the customer service is this amazing then I’m sure their products are the same. Thank you Eleanor and the rest of the team☺️

Need to make sure the size is by the side of earrings or a comparison, £110 spent and dont think they will fit. Maybe should have bought from a shop not online. See before you buy.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my experience with Posh Totty! The clasp on my necklace broke after getting caught and, although it was out of warranty and not repairable due to the delicate chain, they still went above and beyond to replace it for me. I honestly didn’t expect that kind of service, it was such a lovely surprise.

Their customer service team was outstanding: friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s so rare to find a company that treats their customers this well these days.

I’m so happy with my replacement and can’t wait to add another piece to my Posh Totty collection. Thank you so much for turning what could’ve been a disappointment into such a positive experience!

I’m really disappointed that the rose gold plated necklace I bought from has turned black after only 2 days of use. I emailed the support waiting for answer.

I gave the necklace to my partner as a gift, and now it's ruined.

My husband got me a gift from Posh Totty April 2025. Unfortunately the clasp on my necklace became damaged and was unrepairable. The customer service has been amazing. I emailed thinking I would be met by the usual auto reply and wait but had a personalised response from Eleanor who dealt with my query very promptly. I was able to return the necklace chain and was provided with a replacement with no hassle what so ever. Highly recommend for any of your investment pieces for that extra piece of mind!
