I had really great customer service with Lilyandroo. I emailed about a broken ring, and they responded really quickly and were extremely helpful, very kindly sending a replacement even though it was past the warranty.

When my daughter’s necklace accidentally got broken the team kindly sent a label for us to return it and they repaired and returned it within a few days, it looks like brand new. What a great company and team that emailed me with regular updates. Would use again and my daughter loves her white gold chain with pearls.

LILY AND ROO FIRST CLASS!!!
I had no idea who Lily and Roo were until I asked my eldest granddaughter for some gift ideas for her 30th birthday. And, WOW, I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED with the whole package from LILY AND ROO.
I Ordered a beautiful bracelet early afternoon on Monday. I also chose the option of a FREE 'personalised gift note'. TODAY, THREE DAYS LATER the gift landed on my doormat....The presentation was beautiful, a lovely 'outer box' containing the smaller bracelet box, plus a mini polishing cloth and copy of the personalised gift note. I couldn't fault the attention to detail, the overall appearance and speed of delivery. FIRST CLASS SERVICE LILY AND ROO!!!!!
I have three younger granddaughters and know EXACTLY WHERE I SHALL BE LOOKING for any future gifts for them.

After ordering an item back at the end of 2024, my wifes necklace snapped and she lost her charms.
I contacted customer service to see if they could help me and explained the circumstances and they have offered me a full replacement out with the warranty period.
This sort of customer care, is so undervalued in this day and age and it is appreciated very much!
Not only do they provide lovely items, they have the after care to match it. Big shout out to Olivia who couldn’t have been more helpful!
Very good customer service
Got a necklace as a gift last year and the chain clasp has broken. Emailed their customer service and spoke with a lady called Breanna. She was the most helpful and efficient customer service person I’ve spoken to for a while! It was sorted within a few days and my new chain is on its way to me.

Customer support was incredibly helpful when my daughter lost the necklace I'd got her from Lily&Roo and I wanted to get a replacement but with a stronger chain. They went above and beyond and couldn't have done more. I ordered the chain they suggested and my daughter is very happy. Thank you Lily&Roo especially Liv and Breanna.
Seamless service
I got a pair of earrings for Christmas and only got round to using them in February, and when I did open them, I seen they were broke... BUT would still rate everything a 10/10, as the customer service team got a replacement pair sent out asap, whole process was seamless.
Great customer service!
Great retailer and fantastic service! I ordered just after Black Friday and there was an issue with my order. I contacted them via email detailing the problem and within 24 hours a replacement item was dispatched with a tracking number available.
There was no issue or hassle, just a wonderful human cx service experience and the item made an excellent Christmas present.

Efficient delivery service however not as efficient with returns and refunds. Was very disappointed with this aspect of service, also did not receive full value of item paid excluding tax & postal costs.
Buyer Beware!!!
I bought a few rings for Christmas gifts and one for myself.
When my GOLD PLATED ring arrived I thought it looked pale and on closer inspection I realised I’d been sent the same ring as ordered but in silver.
Rather irritated
I have sent two messages now - only to be met with radio silence
Note- the silver ring was cheaper than the gold one I paid for and I am still being sent emails encouraging me to buy more!
You can do better than this Lilly&Roo I’m disappointed!! :-(

Broken jewellery
I’ve had a gold initial necklace since Nov 2022 which was gifted to me, in this time it has broken twice and obviously is now out of warranty time.
Lily and Roo have some lovely jewellery but unfortunately it is not built to last which is the reason for my review. It is not cheap jewellery, and whilst it’s great you can get it fixed within 1 year of purchase, it’s not quality jewellery and won’t last much longer than that. It’s too pricy for the amount of time it will last you in my opinion

I ordered a custom bracelet for my partners birthday with the premise of next day delivery. Unfortunately this did not come to fruition due to delays. Thereafter, I sent 4 emails with no reply and when the company finally did reach out they pacified me and my request in a somewhat belligerent manner.
However, upon my 6th email (20 days later than the first and 25 days after my order) an employee called Breanna from the “jewellery team” reached out promptly and very quickly resolved all the ongoing issues. If it wasn’t for Breanna and her great customer service I was preparing to write a 1 star review for lack of communication and missing items. So a big thank you to Breanna, I hope this is seen by management and you are recognised for your service.
