Beware - 3 month Warranty on Plating!
We ordered a ring, had the size corrected and received it mid November. The gold plating completely gone in a matter of months. Very disappointing. Customer service advised £25 cost to re-plate as it was outside the three month warranty period. Beware, any jewellery company that only warrants it's gold plating for three months is indicative of the confidence they have in the quality of their products and plating process. Why would anyone pay £25 plus mailing costs for them to do this again!

I ordered a ring ,no mean feet online
I ordered a ring online , a present to myself, it was a considerable purchase,( over one thousand pounds). I was contacted to clarify the details, always a great idea. The ring came quicker than suggested and I am delighted with it. A beautiful rose gold ring with the stones i asked for. A thick band of gold exactly the same as pictured and beautifully presented. Do not hesitate to purchase from this company and you definitely get what you pay for 🥰

Amazing products and customer care

Ordered a necklace from here and the…
Ordered a necklace from here and the rose gold plating has worn away after less than 2 months. Despite following all of the care guide, I’ve only worn the necklace a handful of times and it’s already turned to gold. This has happened to two necklaces worn by two different people, which also solidifies the fact further that it isn’t down to the user. Very expensive necklaces to only wear a few times and then be no good after this as they look cheap.

personalised charm necklace
I have had my personalised charm necklace for many years - I have five in total - two daughters and now getting one for my fourth grandchild! I get so many compliments and people always ask where I got it.
The charms are so tactile and I often run them through my fingers thinking of my little family. I never remove the necklace and the charms look as good as new and have never tarnished.
The ‘add a charm’ service which you have alerted me to is a brilliant idea - thank you.

Outstanding quality and service
I found at Posh Totty Designs the warm, creative and unique present I needed for my friend Bridal Shower.
There was a problem with the item when I received and I thought I was left without a gift from my friend since there was very little time for a new/ replace order.
However, Posh Totty Designs respond promptly and fast and so professionally. The problem was solve in no time. Absolutely outstanding service.

Excellent Customer Experience from Jesie (Staff)
I placed an order and there had been a mishap which had caused delay in my order, therefore contacted Posh Totty, and had the lovely experience of speaking to Jesie from the customer service team. Jesie was exceptional, she was swift, understanding, empathetic and wanted to ensure I got my order the next day, despite it being so late in the afternoon, to the point where it was near closing time. It was a Friday around 4pm, it was a gift, so I needed the item for the next day. Jesie made that happen and I can't thank her enough for saving the day. Thank you Jesie :)

Gorgeous items, beautifully run company
A small business I will continue to purchase from. I received the constellation ring as an anniversary gift 4 years ago - I absolutely love it still. So much so that I have now purchased the gold in the same ring. Oooh, I love this company!
I could spend all my money at Posh Totty Designs. The jewellery is beautiful, well made and timeless. The personalisation service is great (I’ve worn my customised Russian Rings necklace for years) and I love the Share a Hug charity partnership. Customer service is helpful, polite and prompt - the very lovely Jesie just walked me through a bespoke purchase with the patience of a saint! Such a great company. Love it!
