I wanted a personalised necklace and it didn't seem possible to do. I emailed the Posh Totty team and Eleanor got back to me straight away to say they could in fact make it happen. Then she fast-tracked the order. The necklace is for an 18th birthday present. I can't wait to gift it!

I have bought several pieces from Posh Totty Designs over the years and they have always been wonderful quality. I did recently need to use their Care and Repair service for one item, and I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled.

My ring was repaired and returned to me beautifully. It is back on my finger and shining again. The whole process was straightforward with clear communication throughout.

Eleanor was especially helpful and kept me updated, which made the experience feel personal and reassuring. The customer service was impeccable and I am very grateful to the team and the jewellers for their care and attention.

I would happily recommend them both for their jewellery and for their aftercare service.

I was in touch with the lovely Eleanor from the customer services team after enquiring about getting a repair quote regarding my special custom necklace which was damaged whilst I was moving house. Eleanor and the team were so incredibly kind and thoughtful and offered for my necklace to be fixed free of charge despite it being past its warranty. This has been one of the best customer experiences I have ever had and I would highly recommend Posh Totty Designs to anyone looking for a special piece of jewellery ❤️❤️❤️

I needed my necklace to be repaired and the customer service that Eleanor at Posh Totty provided was excellent - she responded straight away to sort the issue and send out a replacement, emailing with a very nice tone. I was very impressed and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again.

After my chain broke, I reached out to customer service and was fortunate to be assisted by Jesie. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. The service I received was nothing short of excellent.

I am very sad to be leaving this review as I had high expectations. Bought the birthstone bracelet for my mum’s 50th with all of our birthstones. It came fast, however the bracelet is so cheap and nasty and doesn’t sit properly on the wrist. I did contact them to let them know but they offered me to replace chain with bangle. This cost over £350 and just sadly was not worth it. Does not look nice or expensive if I’m honest

I have made a couple of purchases now and love my ring and chain. I knew what I wanted but both times I couldn't find it anywhere on the Internet apart from Posh Totty. Both exactly what I wanted, perfect and excellent customer service from Eleanor, Emily and Jesie. Many thanks

My friend’s ring didn’t get delivered at the same time as mine so I reached out to PoshTotty to find out where it was. Emily who responded to my email was very quick and efficient with updates and getting it to my friend asap plus she was absolutely a pleasure to email. Amazing customer service on top of a wonderful experience ring making at PoshTotty. 10/10! 😌♥️

I contacted Emily at Posh Totty as I wanted a particular earring which wasn’t on the Posh Totty website (I wanted a combination of two different products)
Emily responded really quickly with a mock-up design and a price, I placed an order, I got a £5 discount which was unexpected, and the earrings arrived today. They are exactly what I wanted, and I am sure my partner will be delighted (the earrings are part of her birthday present)
I wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Posh Totty again (well unless my partner hates the earrings and dumps me)

I ordered a new Ring to go with a collection that has the Names of our grandchildren. To get the exact ring size I sent the originals back to Posh Totty so they would make it the same but with a different name on it.
In the original email I missed a detail out. Posh Totty got back to me to clarify the detail.
They are right on the ball and the service is amazing.

I had several experiences with Posh Totty designs.

Many months ago I spontaneously attended a ring making workshop and even though I wad meant to book on advance, I managed to attend the same day I booked because someone else couldn't make it.
It was so therapeutic and the girl I did with was a amazing. I had fun, made new friends and a wonderful ring with my own hands that I'm so proud of.
When the ring was ready, I got notified via e-mail received it in a beautiful packaging and I can tell the customer's service and quality of the products is top notch.

Recently I also had an issue with a gift for my partner for Valentine's day that I ordered online, because I put the wrong adress (my previous one) by mistake and Jesie from the Customer Service team was very helpful and immediately fixed it!

I got in touch with Jesie in the Customer Services team at Posh Totty to see if they were able to customise one of their jewellery items for me so it had a single rather than a double charm. The whole process was seamless - the workshop came back with a very quick response to say that they could oblige and with a revised quote. Jesie's communication was fantastic and I have just received my necklace and I love it. Highly recommend.

Everything about Posh Totty is wonderful. Jesie in customer service was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. I have had several items custom made for me and she has helped me so much. I absolutley adore the personalised family necklace my husband got me once our first son was born in 2023. I wear it everyday. I had my second son in 2025 and wanted to add his name to the necklace. I got in touch with the customer service team and the quick, polite and personalised response from Emily was amazing! She went above my expectations by checking things for me with the jewellers and giving me clear information and options. Very impressed and will definitely use this company again!

I purchased a £70 signet ring from Posh Totty Designs, as a gift for my partner, expecting a high-quality piece that would last. Initially, the ring seemed fine, but after just a couple of weeks, it started to bend. No force or external pressure was applied to it—my partner works on a laptop, so it wasn’t exposed to any physical stress. For context, I wear rings to the gym while lifting, and they've held up perfectly fine for over two years, which makes the quality of this ring even more disappointing.

When I reached out to the company, their response was that the ring "wouldn't have been sent out in a bent condition" and that bending only happens from external force. While I understand their perspective, I made it clear that no force had been applied to the ring, and I had simply expected better durability for the £70 price I paid. They offered a 10% discount for repairs, but after such a short period of use and no obvious reason for the bending, I’m not willing to invest more money into fixing something that should’ve been more durable in the first place.

In the end, I’m left feeling that the product didn't meet the quality I was expecting for the cost. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not reccomend.

Excellent company. Have ordered many pieces of jewellery from them and their customer service is always fantastic - special thanks to Jesie who dealt with my most recent order.

I contacted customer services about some necklaces my daughter had purchased. My daughter wanted the engraving blackened and one of the chains exchanged. Emily was so helpful and understanding of our circumstances and arranged for the exchange and process so very quickly.
In this day and age customer service can be hit and miss sadly to say😔 however, I only have praise for this company. Will definitely purchase again
