My sons bought me a beautiful personalised necklace from Posh Totty . I wanted to add a charm to the necklace . The team at Posh Totty were most obliging. They were very good at communicating with me and made the whole process exceptionally simple . Pricing seemed very reasonable . Next time I am in London I hope to visit their shop in person .

Couldn't recommend highly enough
I recently ordered two items from posh totty and would like to express the excellent communication, and friendly professional service I received from Eleanor from the customer service team. I found her extremely efficient in answering my queries and it was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone so positive and helpful. Also very pleased with my jewellery purchased for a gift. Custom made micro locket by Posh Totty Designs
I ordered a sterling silver micro locket, handmade by Post Totty Designs. I am totally delighted with it. A fab item shaped like a letter, it's openable & inside is a tiny silver letter with initials that I wanted, stamped on to it. Absolutely love it. Amazing experience
I had 4 days to get the perfect anniversary present delivered for my husband for our anniversary. I spoke with Eleanor after seeing the up to 10 day wait for an item (the panic was real) Eleanor was amazingly helpful and got the personalised item sent out to me that very day! It arrived the next morning and I cannot thank all of the team involved in making and distributing my item enough. The item itself is absolutely perfect but the kindness and help from Eleanor made the whole experience the best I’ve ever had. First of many items I’ve had from this company and I can’t rate them highly enough!

The staff is very considerate and helpful on the emails, always being patient and replying quickly. I felt that all my questions and issues were answered and resolved in no time.
With making your own rings, its extremely difficult haha! But your ring comes exactly as you make it and its very satisfying to see it done.

I had a really lovely experience with this company. There was a delay with my order due to materials, but Jesie kept me updated throughout and was incredibly kind, patient and helpful the whole time.
She made sure everything was clearly communicated and reassured me that my order would be completed as soon as possible. I really appreciated the effort to add the birthstone detail as well — such a thoughtful touch.
It’s rare to receive such warm and attentive customer service these days, and Jesie truly made the experience feel personal.

An incredible experience with outstanding customer service. I ordered a necklace for my wife for our 1st anniversary, placed the order on 10/04 and was worried it wouldn't come by 19/04 (sunday). I emailed for an update and Eleanor very kindly upgraded my delivery to a Saturday drop at no extra cost meaning my order arrived with 2 days to spare.
