I was looking for a personalised Mother’s Day vase and came across Personalised Gift Shop, a lovely family-run business. I actually ended up ordering two vases and a personalised glass for an upcoming 50th birthday.
The prices were fantastic and they had so many options ,exactly what we were looking for. Everything was truly personalised and easy to order.
We placed the order on Saturday, it was engraved and dispatched on Monday, and arrived on Tuesday as expected with next-day delivery. Absolutely fantastic service.
We’re delighted with everything and can’t wait to give the vases with their bouquets on Mother’s Day, we know the mums will love them! I know there are some negative reviews but couriers often cause the issues and the retailers get the brunt of it, so maybe take the negative ones as bad luck and see the good ones shine through.
I will be using these again later in the year for gifts. 100% recommended by us.

Ordered a personalised pot. It was well packed but the delivery company had damaged the pot in transit. I emailed with pictures and was promised a replacement. This arrived promptly

We can confirm that your original parcel was unfortunately damaged in transit by the courier and a replacement was arranged for you. As the replacement was also taking longer than expected to arrive, we have already issued a full refund for the order. Absolute rubbish product
The personalised jigsaw heart was a waste of money. The photo did not fit the shape. It was so thin that it's bent out of shape. A total rip off. They replied quickly to say there's nothing they can fo about it. I want to return it but they won't accept that ☹️

Order has not been delivered
Order has not been delivered! Evri confirmed a week ago that my parcel has been lost. Contacted the company and they have said I had to wait 10 days! I’ve now waited 10 days and contacted them. They want me to fill a form out! When evri have confirmed to them they have not got the parcel! Then once I fill this form out they want to replace the goods. It’s laughable. So 2 weeks later than planned and they think I still want the goods! How hard is it to get a refund. I will be taking legal action if this refund isn’t provided.

Brilliant customer service
The photo frame I ordered came damaged (probably due to courier), I emailed and had a quick response and a replacement sent straight away. The frame is perfect and customer service was brilliant too.

Fantastic tub stuffed full of lovely retro sweets. Unfortunately it was damaged during transit, I messaged customer service and they were amazing & offered me a replacement straight away and reassured me they would look into what caused this issue & would make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sadly I didn’t have time to wait for another jar so was offered a full refund straight away. Great customer service! Thank you.

Incredibly disappointed with my purchase
I purchased a pair of mugs as a Valentine’s gift, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. I originally uploaded one photo but decided to switch to a different one because the first wouldn't adjust properly. I spent a significant amount of time perfectly formatting the second image to ensure both mugs would match.
However, when the order arrived, the mugs didn't match. One mug featured the first, unadjusted photo I had rejected, while the other had the correct photo. It is clear there was a User Interface (UI) error on the website; the system 'glitched' and reverted one of the items to a previous draft despite me saving the updated design for both.
I have messaged PGS back and forth to resolve this, but they refuse to take responsibility, claiming I chose the wrong picture. It’s frustrating that their technical error has ruined a sentimental gift, and their customer service has been unwilling to fix a clear system synchronization issue.

Lost order replaced promptly.
My initial order was lost by the courier and I did have to spend a lot of time trying to track and chase it which was frustrating. But my messages were always answered promptly by Charlotte at PGS and once it was clear what had happened she organised a replacement sent by next day delivery to be on time for a 30th birthday. I am delighted with the actual item which is a very lovely personalised silvered bottle stopper.
