Excellent company, great customer service.
I ordered a personalised water bottle for my husband. The first one dispatched fine but the delivery company messed up and I did not receive the correct parcel. As soon as I contacted PGS they organised for a replacement to be sent which I received in the same week. Once it arrived it was fantastic, looked really good and my husband was very happy with the gift. I cannot recommend this company enough - they are courteous and professional and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Placed an order and it was delivered 2 days later! All items were personalised and high quality. I ordered 2 glasses, 2 mugs and a wooden tea board. It was all wrapped up very well and nothing was broken. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely use this company again

Awful company
Awful company, do not purchase anything from them!! I paid £4.99 for express delivery (website states 1-2 days delivery) I’m currently on day 3 and still no parcel. Poor customer service… they weren’t interested… just stated “sometimes there can be delays outside of anyone’s control.” Not good enough.

When my original order arrived the was a small piece of damage to the corner of the box I reported this to PGS and they immediately rectified by replacing the box which arrived the very next day

Fabulous embroidered aprons
I stupidly tried to order just before Chirstmas. . . I was asked to try in the New Year, which was expected really. I remembered recently and placed an order. I supplied art work and this lovely company came back with mock ups. Inside the week, my aprons were embroidered, sent and arrived! A marvel really. The aprons look fabulous and I'm so impressed. It's great to know I have a go to place for embroidered logo items like this. Would highly recommend.

super easy to use and search for products. I was looking for wedding gifts and they offer a large selection of ideas. The proposition extends beyond wedding gifts

Ordered on the Thursday and it had arrived by the Friday with express delivery. So impressed by this company, great prices for customisation, super fast service and I love that it’s family-run too. Replacement vase sorted quickly
I received 3 Mother’s Day parcels and one of the pictures was blurry. I contacted customer service and they replied quickly and sent out a replacement straight away and this arrived within a couple of days! Great communication and lovely products!
