Personalised gift
Ordered in the morning and my personalised gift came the following day. I didn’t expect that ! I ordered a letter in a bottle and had the optional wooden box as extra. They are so beautiful. I also had the presentation box and I’m so glad I did because it completed it. They were much bigger than I expected. The quality was superb.
I had made a mistake on the personalisation and they were amazing sorting it out for me, communication was fantastic. They kept in touch constantly by email and did everything they could to rectify the situation as quickly as possible even though it wasnt their fault. Excellent company I will definitely use them again

I ordered a Whiskey glass and keyring/compass/bottle opener, both items were amazing,it's definitely worth buying the presentation boxes. I will be ordering from them again. The communication between customer and themselves is great , from ordering to delivery. The items are also packed with care and attention safe and secure.

If at first you don't succeed....
I ordered a bookmark which arrived quickly, but unfortunately had been bent by Evri in transit. The customer service team pulled out all the stops to make sure I had a replacement in time for my son's birthday.

Good service
I placed two orders at the same time, one was delivered within a couple of days the other failed to arrive. P.G.S. investigated the failed delivery and had the problem sorted within a couple of days and the parcel was delivered. I was very pleased with the quality of the season goods and the service I received. So, a prompt delivery and helpful company.

I brought a very special gift for my sisters anniversary. The product was a great price. It was packaged very well and arrived before the time I thought it would.
I was kept up to date with the order and delivery process. It came in a gift box and was wrapped with great care. The product I had engraved and all spelling and spacing were correct.

Not oak frame. It's photo veneered.
Ordered a picture frame that is advertised as oak. Turns out it is mdf with cheap oak photographic veneer. Misleading advertising. It should say oak photo veneer. Waste of money.

Our order was delivered promptly and was well packaged. However, although the gift itself was perfect there was a slight chip on one corner of the presentation box. After reporting this the company dispatched another presentation box by return. Very happy with this response.

I ordered a item which unfortunately was not delivered by the courier not the companies fault on contacting the company they sorted it out straight away resent the package which i received the next day the company could not of done more to sort the problem out we were very pleased out the person we had ordered the item for was very happy when they received it and said it was better than expected i would recommed this company and would order from them again.

Great service and quality
The aprons I bought were of excellent quality and I especially love a pocket in an apron - so useful. The order was delivered very quickly and the wording I requested was perfect.. Staff very helpful too.

Ordered 3 personalised gifts over a week ago, which were meant for my husband’s birthday which is in a couple of days now. They emailed me yesterday saying my parcel was sent back to them and they want more money to resend it to me. What a bunch of jokers. Total scammers. I am so disappointed. Excellent company, great customer service.
I ordered a personalised water bottle for my husband. The first one dispatched fine but the delivery company messed up and I did not receive the correct parcel. As soon as I contacted PGS they organised for a replacement to be sent which I received in the same week. Once it arrived it was fantastic, looked really good and my husband was very happy with the gift. I cannot recommend this company enough - they are courteous and professional and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
