The customer service is amazing. We ordered two personalised decanter. They arrived really quick. Sadly one was damaged in transit. The stopper and glasses ok. There was no debate and they sent a new decanter. These are gifts and the service was amazing. Highly recommend and will use again

I ordered wine & gin glasses for my wife's 70th birthday, placed order on Sunday and they were delivered Tuesday, well packed beautiful products, I highly recommend this company, thank you so much, Steve.

Clarity and colour of the photos provided on the mugs is extremely poor, the images squares on the mugs are also far too small. Website unwieldy to navigate in terms of sizing, no facility to edit. I ordered 6 mugs, bad idea, I should have ordered just one to try out. I have to re order now from a different company. Mug china is nice, packaging too, what a shame the actual product is so poor. Won't use again.

I ordered a whisky decanter, and it is absolutely beautiful and well-made. The engraving is lovely, and the shipping was extremely fast.

Beautiful vase with diamantés , I expected to wait a while as I wanted it engraved but come in 2 days excellent service and vase is better than picture . I will def use again . Thank you.

I ordered a jewelry box for my granddaughter's 21st birthday, in silver, they offer to personalise too. This is a beautiful jewelry box good size, I am thrilled with the quality, filigree pattern is lovely. Also comes with a white string bag in a lovely white box, packaging is excellent, thick bubble wrap from damage, PERFECT. I am recommending & will certainly buy from them again. Oh & they give 10% off of next purchase. Spot on.

I believe exceptional customer service deserves some recognition. I ordered an engraved glass for a friend’s 30th birthday, that unfortunately arrived with a small chip on the front.

I emailed customer service as soon as it arrived, including a photo of the damage, and within less than 20 minutes I had a response from Emma confirming that a replacement would be sent out the very same day.

The new glass arrived the following day which was perfect timing as my friend’s birthday was only two days away and could easily have been a disaster!

I ordered a personalised Guinness glass for my brothers special birthday, first of all I had put the wrong year on the glass, I contacted the company and spoke to someone [sorry I didn't get their name] who was extremely helpful and corrected my error so professionally, my order came the next day I couldn't believe how quick I received it, the service is first class, I'm so pleased with it. Purchased two different items very recently. Very happy with them and the prompt delivery. There was a slight issue with my second item , ie the presentation box was heavily marked and not suitable to pass on as a gift. Contacted KIP via e mail and telephone and very very rapidly the item was replaced . It was a pleasure dealing with KIP for their products and exceptional Customer Service.
