I placed two orders at the same time, one was delivered within a couple of days the other failed to arrive. P.G.S. investigated the failed delivery and had the problem sorted within a couple of days and the parcel was delivered. I was very pleased with the quality of the season goods and the service I received. So, a prompt delivery and helpful company.

The service was efficient and the goods top quality. When I made an error with an order, they went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered a picture frame that is advertised as oak. Turns out it is mdf with cheap oak photographic veneer. Misleading advertising. It should say oak photo veneer. Waste of money.

Our order was delivered promptly and was well packaged. However, although the gift itself was perfect there was a slight chip on one corner of the presentation box. After reporting this the company dispatched another presentation box by return. Very happy with this response.

I ordered a item which unfortunately was not delivered by the courier not the companies fault on contacting the company they sorted it out straight away resent the package which i received the next day the company could not of done more to sort the problem out we were very pleased out the person we had ordered the item for was very happy when they received it and said it was better than expected i would recommed this company and would order from them again.

Ordered 3 personalised gifts over a week ago, which were meant for my husband’s birthday which is in a couple of days now. They emailed me yesterday saying my parcel was sent back to them and they want more money to resend it to me. What a bunch of jokers. Total scammers. I am so disappointed. Now I’ll have to order from elsewhere and it’s too late for it to come in time for his birthday now

I ordered a personalised water bottle for my husband. The first one dispatched fine but the delivery company messed up and I did not receive the correct parcel. As soon as I contacted PGS they organised for a replacement to be sent which I received in the same week. Once it arrived it was fantastic, looked really good and my husband was very happy with the gift. I cannot recommend this company enough - they are courteous and professional and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Placed an order and it was delivered 2 days later! All items were personalised and high quality. I ordered 2 glasses, 2 mugs and a wooden tea board. It was all wrapped up very well and nothing was broken. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely use this company again
