The quality of the water bottles is wonderful and they were delivered, well packaged, very promptly.
Contact from the suppliers was good and informative and a minor glitch (item out of stock) was quickly sorted with an alternative but still arrived the next day!

Wow! Amazing Service.
Wow! What truly AMAZING service! I ordered a frosted glass tankard, for a birthday gift, which arrived, very quickly, but had a very tiny piece of glass frosting missing. I hesitated in pointing this out to the supplier but I am very glad I did as, literally, the next day, by a courier at 7pm the evening before the birthday, a brand new, absolutely perfect tankard was delivered at no cost (to me!) It is extremely unusual for me to be so impressed by an organisation but I would not hesitate, for a second, to highly recommend Personalised Gifts Shop. They are seriously impressive and really lovely people to deal with. Very well done, indeed. I will have many more orders, going forward. Jane x

First time ordering from Personalised Gifts, ordering process very easy. Variety of photo frames which are personalised and include a personal photo was really good too. Order acknowledged straight away then order received 2 working days after. Quality was amazing delivered with care. I would definitely order from this company and would highly recommend.

Fabric flaw
Unfortunately, there was a flaw in the fabric of a personalised apron order. When I contacted customer services, they got straight back to me and a new apron arrived the following morning. A very speedy service, which meant I had the present in time to give 😀

Gift bottle …
I ordered the gift bottle with a letter inside that you personalise. I ordered the optional wooden box and presentation box to go with it and so glad I did and the quality was excellent and they completed it. I placed the order in the morning and they arrived the following morning I didn’t expect that.
I didn’t realise I had made a mistake on the writing until the gift turned up The company were amazing though and did everything to sort the issue for me, constantly communicating through email. I would highly recommend them for quality of products and service. I will definitely use them again

Personalised gift
Ordered in the morning and my personalised gift came the following day. I didn’t expect that ! I ordered a letter in a bottle and had the optional wooden box as extra. They are so beautiful. I also had the presentation box and I’m so glad I did because it completed it. They were much bigger than I expected. The quality was superb.
I had made a mistake on the personalisation and they were amazing sorting it out for me, communication was fantastic. They kept in touch constantly by email and did everything they could to rectify the situation as quickly as possible even though it wasnt their fault. Excellent company I will definitely use them again

I ordered a Whiskey glass and keyring/compass/bottle opener, both items were amazing,it's definitely worth buying the presentation boxes. I will be ordering from them again.
