I really appreciate that the Personalised Gift Team went an extra mile to deliver my order on time by delivering them all on the weekend, as I wanted. I would definitely order more in future!

What superb service from this company ❤️. I ordered a personalised flower pot for a friends anniversary but it discoloured when planted up. I contacted the company and they had never known this happen before and replaced it with another, almost by return of post. Second one looks great.
The printing on the pots as mentioned by other reviewers could be darker as it seems a little light but our friends loved it. Will defo buy other gifts from them 😄

Fab service, my personalised item came sadly broken, I emailed the fabulous company and they sent me the exact same product with extra packaging for no extra charge! The product arrived very fast and was as beautiful as seen online! I will defo be ordering again in the future!

I ordered a wooden container for a bottle of champagne. I got it engraved, but didn’t fill what I wanted written on the back. The team were excellent at resolving the issue for me. They managed to get it returned to me on the day of the wedding I was attending. I would definitely highly recommend this company. Also I hope to use their services in the future.

The delivery company weren't so caring with the delivery unfortunately- but thankfully PGS packaged the items with great care so they remained unharmed. Wonderful customer service, and replied promptly the next working day as my order was delivered on the weekend.

Fantastic service from the Personalised Gifts Shop team. The water bottles are perfect for party bag gifts for my son's birthday and when I realised I hadn't allowed enough time for delivery Charlotte was kind enough to sort it out for me. The bottles arrived in the nick of time and they are great quality. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a beautiful personalised plant pot, but unfortunately it arrived broken. It was clear that the damage occurred during delivery rather than being the fault of the company, as the item was extremely well packaged.

I contacted Personalised Gifts Company, and their response was brilliant. They replied very quickly, immediately offered a replacement, and sent it out straight away.

Although it was disappointing that the first item arrived damaged, the excellent customer service more than made up for it. The whole experience has been positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Personalised Gifts Company again.

Wonderful service and stunning item. Couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful. Bought a picture frame with words and leaves on it for a neighbour who lost her husband and it was perfect. I also recommend getting a box for this type of thing if it is a gift. It was well packaged up and immaculate. I can't think you enough. So beautiful.

I initially had concerns about the quality of my Father’s Day photo collage when it first arrived, so I contacted customer services. I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they handled my complaint.

The team listened to my concerns, rectified the issue promptly, and ensured the replacement arrived before Father’s Day. The updated product was much better, and I was very pleased with the final result.

I ordered a personalised Father’s Day poster with a frame from Personalized Gift Shop. The frame itself arrived in good condition and looked nice, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the poster.
The print quality was extremely poor and looked as if it had been printed on ordinary printer paper rather than high-quality photo paper. Honestly, it is something I could have printed myself at home. For a personalised gift that is meant to be special, I expected a much more professional finish.

Update: After I posted my review, the company contacted me, carefully looked into the issue, and sent me a replacement print free of charge. The new print is of very good quality, and I really appreciate the way they handled my complaint.
However, I still believe that the original product should never have been sent in that condition in the first place. While I'm grateful that they resolved the issue, the replacement doesn't change the fact that the initial order was disappointing. For that reason, I don't feel it's appropriate to give a full five-star rating.

Absolutely excellent!!. I ordered 2 personalised items which were delivered very quickly. I had an issue with one of the items and contacted the company. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and sorted out a replacement extremely quickly, without any fuss. The prices on the site are competitive and a lot less than you would expect. This will now be my first stop for personalised gifts. Make sure you take a look at their website, you won't be disappointed.

What a lovely experience, I had a query about delivery which was responded to quickly, efficiently and felt very personally considered by Charlotte, something I highly value. i thought when my husband opened his gift he was going to cry as it was so lovely, well made, and will definitely be very well used. From ordering to opening was all within 3 days, what more could you possibly ask for. I would highly recommend if you have a reason to use them then please do so, I know that I will be buying from them whenever I can.

The service I had from Personalised gift shop was five star and the product is exactly what I wanted.
Unfortunately Evri managed to completely lose my original gift but Charlotte at customer services came to the rescue and organised a replacement which arrived safely and was much appreciated.
