I worked with Helena from day one on the plan for our ground floor conversion. She really took time to understand our needs. given that we have children and animals! She worked hard to make sure she delivered everything we had asked for within our budget The attention to detail with our design and the flexibility Helena showed when we asked to adapt elements of design, was brilliant. We’ve now ended up with a beautiful living space that looks effortlessly chic and beautifully designed, but above all it’s warm, homely and comfortable - well done to the team and Neptune Chichester .

Home Design Service
We were really struggling with how to design our snug - we met with Helena to discuss how to create a cosy & relaxing area. Helena has been a complete joy to work with on this project. She really listened to us & beautifully captured what we were striving for. The finished snug is absolutely stunning & with the log burner lit, it really is rather special. Helena is so passionate about design, presented options that we wouldn’t have considered & incorporated a large old sofa that we wanted to keep. No pushy sales, just a desire to create the perfect space for us. We had a few glitches with cabinetry, Helena ensured that these were resolved very swiftly & didn’t either inconvenience or add to the timeframe.
The cherry on the top was Helena styling the finished snug with a sprinkle of Neptune magic!
I can’t recommend Helena or the Home Design Service enough, I had wondered if this service was for those who live in large homes with vast budgets, not at all; our small project was clearly as important to Neptune.
Excellent communication throughout, endless passion & patience (with me) - Helena is the perfect Neptune Ambassador.

We visited the Chichester Neptune branch today and purchased a table lamp. We were very impressed with the service we received from Debs and Andie. They took great care and detail responding to all our questions which we much appreciated.

Myself and a friend went to a cooking demonstration today at Neptune Chichester our first experience. We both throughly enjoyed it. We were greeted with coffee whilst being shown through to a kitchen area. The demonstration was being taken by Becky Wilkinson a lovely lady who is a professional cook and home economist and works with many well known chefs. She made Five Veg Dhal, Vegetable Shaksuka with Feta & Rose Harissa followed byPomegranate & Orange cake. All 3 dishes we were served to try along with a glass of Prosecco. They were all absolutely delicious. We were given a recipe booklet with them in to take home so we can cook them ourselves. We were also given a Neptune candle. It cost £20 per person so really good value. Becky was on hand to answer any questions afterwards. I highly recommend this event which they hold seasonally.

We travel from the New Forest to visit this store. Beautiful store in a beautiful setting with a great deal of interior inspiration. Staff are always welcoming and friendly, they take a genuine interest in your projects and offer valuable suggestions and advice.

Neptune in Chichester is an absolute delight to visit. The beautifully designed showroom displays their wonderful range of furniture and home accessories so well. Excellent customer service, staff are so helpful especially Jo and Helena who really helped us on our visit recently. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Purchased a nice candle in April. The wick has burned right down to the bottom leaving around 60% of the wax behind. It now doesn’t light. I politely requested their comments about this deficient item (we know Neptune candles are not cheap, but we love the fragrance) as we are fairly proficient with a range of candles in our home and we’ve not encountered this before. To be replied to with ‘read the instructions’ (I paraphrase a little) is not overly helpful …. I’ve reviewed Neptune very positively in the past so sadly this is an exception.

Went in but didn’t stay as no one acknowledged us, not even good morning or hello. After walking round decided to leave, the general atmosphere was not good, quite funereal!
