Neptune in West Sussex is an absolutely lovely place to shop! Whether you are looking to buy or you just want to spend some time browsing. The staff were so helpful, Eden who spent about 3 hours on a Sunday afternoon taking meticulous room measurements to find the furniture and the fittings that would fit the space perfectly. Eden was so patient and really cared that everything would fit. I cannot recommend the shop enough. As a final note, I would like to thank the delivery men who did a wonderful job. They were so careful moving and placing the furniture, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

I visited to look at the new stand alone kitchen range. I asked for measurements, and the assistant would not help and said she did not know the measurements. I asked for a tape measure and so took measurements myself.
I then purchased a wooden spoon, and a wooden worktop saver. I paid, and these items were just left for me to gather up , not wrapped or handed to me.
The spoon later bled dye over the food, the worktop saver once home was a different wood and colour to the one I had bought before. It is too far to go back and exchange and I do not wish to anyway. After speaking to my aunt, she had the same experience.

Our experience of Neptune (Chichester store) and customer services has been fantastic. Every staff member has been super helpful and gone above and beyond to assist our home furnishings.
The quality of the products is also excellent and we think at a very fair price point. The range of products is wide enough without being overwhelming, which I have appreciated. The advice of colour palettes, textures and options by Jenny & Karen in Chichester has been brilliant 🤩 enabling me to work through each part of our open planning living spaces.
Thank you too for Neve at customer services for helping us resolve a minor issue so smoothly.
I am looking forward to returning for our next Neptune furnishings, home and garden.

Always a lovely experience at Neptune in Chichester. Beautiful room settings and accessories. Staff lovely and friendly.

Love going to the Chichester store , the ladies are always helpful , friendly and professional. We saw Karon for our first kitchen design visit. She listened to our needs and came up with some really positive suggestions. Live the furniture , had it for years and it lasts.

We received no satisfactory help. We bought two very expensive sofas. We were told that they could not be treated against stains. Our other furniture from Heal’s and Timothy Oulton was treated.
We were also told you could not provide arm covers- again not a problem we have had with good furnishers.

I started my Neptune experience in December. I visited the Chichester store to look at ideas for a complete new kitchen. The entire staff were just lovely and knowledgeable and helpful. Long story short, I ended up purchasing my entire kitchen from them. Jo Liddle and all members I spoke with at Chichester store have been amazing and assured me all the way having never renovated before. All the team, Ian and Stu the installers,Tom the painter and Ian project manager worked on time and professionally ( and so friendly to have in my home). From start to finish I’ve felt reassured when in doubt about things and have always been able to contact for advice and anything I’ve questioned. Couldn’t recommend more. Now have to get used to where everything is and settle in. Kitchen now complete May 2026

Our visit to Chichester was exceptional. Eden was most helpful and knowledgable and spent a long time with us- she was also very patient !Subsequently we have ordered a bed/headboard and we have spoken to other members of staff on the phone at Chichester who were very helpful in getting the information we needed to make our final decision, and super helpful with the delivery. Outstanding customer service from the whole team !

I wanted to order some paint, I live on the Isle of Wight and couldn’t get over to the mainland. The lady I spoke too was made my shopping experience a pleasure, she was so helpful and friendly, I received my order quickly, the packaging was secure. Very good customer service and very efficient.

The team at Chichester were all very welcoming and helpful. The experience is very relaxed and enjoyable which makes it a joy when deciding on purchases. Great tea and coffee too plus dog biscuits for our four legged friend.

My friend and I love visiting the Drayton Neptune shop 2 or 3 times a year.
Although I would love to say I was ordering a kitchen (I love all the room layouts and enjoy wandering around them), we come for the faux flowers that adorn both our houses. Their cushions and homewares are also very tempting.
We were welcomed by a lovely assistant who recognised us from our last visit late last year. I wish that I had noted down her name, but will do next time if she is there. She took time to make us a coffee and have a laugh with us. She is a great ambassador for Neptune and a thoroughly nice person.
The faux flowers we come for are lovely and far more realistic than other makes I have bought over the years. Seeing them in the various rooms around the building also shows how they would look arranged in different vases.

We have purchased a number of products from Neptune over the last year or so. Without exception the quality and design is first-rate and we have not been disappointed. In all cases we have visited the Chichester store to view and choose items for our home. Staff at this store are unfailingly helpful, knowledgeable and courteous to a fault; in particular, Howard, Karen and Emma have been both welcoming and extremely charming, and made our experience with Neptune an absolute pleasure.

The staff are always very friendly and there to help if needed. A drink is offered while you browse the displays. They are getting better with their "available now" items but could still improve. Who wants to wait 11-12 weeks for an item !! Furniture is a good quality but they do charge for delivery which used to be free.
