Staff are always helpful, they are great with advice, and often offer you a coffee.

Another positive shopping experience at Neptune Chichester. We visited to purchase dining chairs and Jenny and the team were very helpful, bringing the chairs out, making coffee and letting us seat-test without any pressure to make a decision. We left very happy with our purchase and Jenny made the ordering process very simple. She advised us on other products to maintain our existing Henley furniture. Best of all…our large German Shepherd was made very welcome and fed treats - another fan of shopping at Neptune

I visited the beautiful Neptune Chichester store last Saturday with my father who was looking for a present for his daughter in law. When I asked for some help Eden went above and beyond in the service and support that she gave us both. Thank you

If I could give ten stars I would. This beautiful store is laid out in such an inspirational way. The welcome and offer of coffee whilst you wander from room to room makes you feel as if your visiting a friends home. There is always help and advice when you need it nothing is too much trouble from choosing a paint colour designing a room or in my case help with simply decorating a coffee tray and two vases with a few seasonal festive ideas, I have a whole house to decorate and furnish and Neptune will be my first port of call. Thank you.

The shop was very busy but stall took the time to look in stock and then when they couldn't find ordered in for me xx

After many visits and a lot of deliberation and indecision, we chose what have proved to be the perfect sofas. They are well made, incredibly comfortable and a beautiful colour. Over the course of our visits, we were helped by a variety of staff members. Every one of them was patient, informative and, most of all, friendly. At no point did we feel pressured to buy, or that we were being ‘sold to’. We will definitely shop here again and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Neptune is a complete experience. You can see everything that interests you in a well visualised context. The people there don’t seem like staff, they just want you find what is right for you. There is no pressure, just lots of pleasure.

A great range of Quality products nicely displayed, in our case speedily delivered in great condition . Premium prices but great to see it s all in one place

I have shopped at the chichester shop for years. The staff go beyond in assisting no matter how small your purchase might be. Ive just purchased a kitchen table, 4 chairs, à bench and 2 bar stools. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. The helpful design advice from staff is invaluable. It wasn’t the cheapest option I looked at but it has exceeded my expectations.

Jenny Brooks who I had originally met in your Chichester shop some time ago and where I saw the Ardingly Desk. Jenny had been very helpful when I was there so I contacted her by phone once I had made the decision to buy the desk, she went out of her way with information and advice with the purchase - an exceptional service for which many thanks.

We were warmly greeted by Jenny and she was extremely helpful and knowledgable and the coffee was excellent too !

Eden was very helpful and showed me samples of the wood and fabric that interested me. However one item I wanted to see wasn’t available.
Overall a pleasant visit.

There are 3 heroes in this story that started many months ago when we ordered a new Neptune bed from the store in Chichester , after patiently waiting for the bed to finally be delivered today ….
Step up our two hero’s of the day …Martin and Lee from the Swindon delivery team who arrived as planned , with a second pre call when they were 20 minutes away . They arrived , they assembled , they chatted , they smiled and they took pride in their work and respected our home , thank you both.
Hero number 2 was yesterday at the Chichester store when we visited to look at table lamps , whilst on our way to another store to buy items to dress the bed …in steps Karen who was friendly and welcoming and helping us with lamps…. Somehow we got onto the new bed delivery …..and within a flash she had collected things from around the store and transformed your in store bedroom into what ours could look like…..well , you guessed it we left Neptune’s with all we needed and never went to the other store ….thank you Karen , thanks to your intervention we got what we didn’t want but what we needed ….today the bed has been dressed and in our opinion looks stunning , thank you . It would have been easy to let us go but you didn’t !
