Neptune - Chichester Anmeldelser 

Was told these outdoor furniture would de delivered as seen - not told the products would be assembled on site. Was raining heavily so had to work indoors in our hallway and we hadn’t arranged to be at home for the almost 2 hours that it took. The sales agent did call to apologise - but I’m not sure I would have parted with that much money if I had known it was ‘flat pack ‘ furniture. Awful customer service - the company have not offered anything other than a ‘sorry’. First and last Neptune purchase I’m afraid !

I attended a cooking demo at Neptune Chichester today.
Becky Wilkinson was superb. Interesting and entertaining. A great afternoon held in the dream store that is the Chichester branch of Neptune. Thanks to all and especially the wonderful Debs.

Can’t fault the service. Misha gave us great advise on colour/ material matchings and Deborah looked after us and made the ordering straight forward. Lovely cup of coffee as well.

Great quality products. Excellent service. Very helpful staff. We recently purchased paint, art work and accessories. All look beautiful in our home.

I visited Neptune in Chichester with my friend yesterday. It is a beautiful store and such a pleasure to visit. All the assistants are welcoming, friendly and informative. The displays are inspirational and we always enjoy shopping at Neptune. This is exactly the experience people like to prevent them shopping online. A destination store well worth a visit.

Wonderful trip to Neptune this weekend with my Grandmother. Andie was excellent in helping us choose a tray as a 30th birthday present, she offered different suggestions and didn’t rush us at all. We came back the next day to purchase. It was lovely to take our time in the shop and even be offered drinks whilst we were there. It’s not our first time in Neptune and it won’t be our last. Thank you especially to Andie!

We live in London and have visited Wimbledon, Fulham, Chiswick, Weybridge and the Guildford stores. Yes, we love Neptune!
We decided to visit Chichester for the day, and we wanted to look at a particular piece of furniture in this store.
I rarely comment on feedback platforms, however we were both shocked by the indifference shown by the staff in this store. We walked in, and they didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked around, nobody spoke to us to ask whether we needed help nor when we left.
A real shame, especially in comparison to all the other stores we have visited when the team have been just lovely.

It is one of the most perfect shopping experiences I have. It's not only shopping, it's a total experience. The Chichester store envelopes you with grace and design perfection. The staff are helpful and so kind when I visit with my 91 year old mother (her go to destination when she comes to stay), they always offer her a cup of tea and coffee. She does her Christmas shopping there each year.

Very pleased with the sideboard, the paint finish is lovely and looks great.
We experienced friendly and efficient service in store and the delivery team were great.

Having had our marvellous Neptune kitchen installed in 2018, we were pleasantly surprised to be reminded that we had a lifetime guarantee covering everything. Although our problems were very minor, we were able to have a couple of drawer runners re-fitted and an overhead cupboard retaining strut replaced.
The kitchen really feels like new again!

We were really well looked after by our designer and customer service person, Sophie. She saw the project right the way through, from early design scoping to a final visit to fix any snags. She has a great design eye. Her fitting team - Brin in particular - were great. On time. Efficient. Good to get on with. Ian too.
At the end of the project Sophie presented us with a Neptune basket full of goodies; little gifts that have finished the kitchen off perfectly (it was like Christmas in January!). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune.

Thank you so much to Neptune for hosting a wonderful wreath making workshop this morning. We were warmly greeted by lovely Debs with a cup of tea before starting and refreshments throughout. Laura was well organised and happy to share her knowledge and guide us through the process of making our wreaths. We always love to attend these workshops at the Chichester store.

I worked with Helena from day one on the plan for our ground floor conversion. She really took time to understand our needs. given that we have children and animals! She worked hard to make sure she delivered everything we had asked for within our budget The attention to detail with our design and the flexibility Helena showed when we asked to adapt elements of design, was brilliant. We’ve now ended up with a beautiful living space that looks effortlessly chic and beautifully designed, but above all it’s warm, homely and comfortable - well done to the team and Neptune Chichester .

Very polite and efficient delivery men. We love our new coffee table, all in A1 condition.
