We would like to clarify that our customer service team did respond to your enquiry and provided guidance based on the nature of the issue reported. Unfortunately, as the fault relates specifically to a trim detail, this falls outside of what we are able to repair or replace directly. In line with our policy, we advised the best possible course of action to seek a local repair, which is often the quickest and most effective solution for trim-related issues.

Dreadful Returns and Customer Service.
Having bought a pair of boots which turned out to be too small they were returned via Evri following the instructions on the returns label and selecting Moda In Pelles returns portal which uses Evri and creates the label.
Waited the usual 2 weeks for a refund but nothing and the Evri tracking says to contact the seller which is normal as it was their returns system but Moda In Pelle say it is not their responsibility and to contact Evri. This is not correct as Moda In Pelle are responsible for this collection and return shipping.
This is the second time of having real issues with a return but had hoped the first time was a one off but clearly this is how Moda In Pelle deal with their customers so I cannot recommend using them as they are not interested in returns or looking after their customers.
Dreadful service as their boots are great but we will never have any from them again.
Still waiting for a refund!

Despite the response from Moda In Pelle customer services shown here we had already been in touch with customer services, and sent a photo of the Evri Collection slip, and got this response:

Thank you for your email.
I would like to clarify that we do not have a returns portal on Evri's website. If you arranged your return through Evri, this would have been done independently, not through a portal managed by us.
As per my previous email, we are not responsible for the return shipment. We are unfortunately unable to issue a refund or replacement until the item has been returned to us and received at our warehouse.
We recommend contacting the courier service used for the return to escalate the matter and file a claim for the lost parcel. The responsibility for goods in transit lies with the courier, and they are the appropriate party to resolve this matter.
If you initiated the return through our website, we may have suggested Evri as a returns option for your convenience, but the contract for that return shipment is between yourself and Evri. They remain responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel to us.
You are of course entitled to raise a dispute with your credit card company if you feel this is necessary, and we will respond to any enquiries from them accordingly.

We would like to reassure you that we do take returns and customer care very seriously. However, refunds can only be processed once returned items have been physically received back at our warehouse. While our returns portal provides access to EVRi labels for customer convenience, responsibility for the return remains with the sender until the parcel is delivered back to us. When EVRi tracking advises to contact the retailer, this unfortunately does not confirm receipt at our warehouse.

with your order number or email ticket number, along with any proof of return you may have, so we can review this in detail and advise on the next steps.

Great customer service
Ordered some boots, however when they arrived there was a scuff on them right at the front. I contacted customer services, sent them pictures of the boots, they quickly responded and sorted out a returns label and replacement boots. I was kept informed of what was happening all the way. My new boots arrived in perfect condition within a week of me sending the first pair back. All in all wonderful customer service.

Moda In Pelle Shocking Return Customer Service
Moda In Pelle, are efficient when placing orders. However the process is frustrating if you need to return an item. I returned trainers, as they were not as I expected, the very next day. I have contacted Moda In pelle on several ocassions regarding a refund, nearly too weeks later and still NO update. Stay well clear, unless your 100% that what you have purchased you will not need to return. Customer service seriously bad, you have been warned!!!

Great Boots - slow refunds
I’ve bought two fabulous pairs of boots recently but had to return a third. There is no real returns system. No label, QR code or system to deduct my cost from the refund. I registered my return at the Post Office which me £10+ & I’ve been waiting weeks but still haven’t got my refund. Sadly I will think twice before shopping at Moda for this reason & can’t rate them as highly as I would like to

At present, we do not offer a prepaid or integrated returns service, such as QR codes or automatic label generation, and returns are made at the customer’s cost, as outlined in our returns policy. I placed an order (1933677) to Spain and two weeks later I have not received It. The shipping was quick, but the shipment status has not changed in five days and I have no idea when I am going to receive It.

Wonderful Boots received today
Wonderful Boots received today, ordered on Black Friday, had a little mishap but Diogo at Customer Service was marvellous in sorting it all out and I received them the next day by courier.
The boots are beautiful leather, fantastic quality and fit perfectly. This is my sixth pair of boots from Moda in Pelle and each one has been perfect fit with soft leather and fantastic selection of colours. This is always my go to company for boots and shoes. Even bought a hat from them too this year. Such good quality, having got boots from them last year, they truly still look like new, they wear so well and polish up beautifully. Very pleased.

This is my return booking number via evri the company who delivered the boots.
They have advised the parcel is in transit since 27th November! I would suggest the parcel has become lost as has happened before. I would appreciate your efforts to help find the missing items and the refund for the items I returned. Thank you
I returned 2 pairs of boots as they were too big. 14 days later despite emails to mosa in pelle I have had no contact, refund or confirmation of return. It is xmas time, I respect busier times but it is a lot of money to have refunded and I could really use the refund asap
