I've had good experience before buying from Moda in Pelle.
However, returning items is a whole other experience, and not a good one.
I went to the Moda in Pelle website and chose to return a pair of shoes via Evri AS PER MODA IN PELLE WEBSITE.
The shoes were duly collected from my home address in October.
The tracking reference from Evri shows the shoes are stil in transit. Evri have confirmed they have lost/mislaid the shoes and ask me to go to Moda in Pelle and for them now to liaise direct with Evri as to how this will be resolved.
It's like banging your head on a brick wall!
I've sent in the region of 100 emails to Evri including a letter to their head office which has probably ended up in a big skip with all the other letters they receive.
Moda in Pelle haven't been helpful at all and have basically washed their hands of it and keep saying it's between me and Evri to sort.
I've produced the tracking number to Moda in Pelle so they can see if they can be bothered that the shoes were collected from my home and have been lost.
How difficult can it be to return a pair of shoes and get a refund.
Neither Evri OR Moda In Pella have been that helpful.
Surely Moda In Pella have some responsibility to get involved in this.

After quite a bit of hassle, I have to say Moda In Pelle handled the situation really well. I initially had to travel from South East all the way to Upminster, which took me over three hours round trip, so it was quite frustrating. However, once I got in touch with customer service, Diogo, who assisted me via the chat, was extremely helpful and supportive. He eventually sorted everything out and sent me a QR code so I could return the item for free at my nearest parcel shop, which made things much easier. In the end, I’m very, very satisfied with how the issue was resolved and with the customer service provided.

Shoes , boots , whatever items bought from Moda they're delivered when they're meant to be , the quality can't be beaten . I have at least 200 pairs of shoes , boots and sandals and wouldn't buy from anywhere else. So comfortable and such 👍 quality . Lovely designs . Love them all .

Fave ankle boots
I recently bought the leather conditioner which arrived quickly and free delivery (a novelty for me living in the highlands!). This was for my ankle boots that I bought in the York store earlier in the year. I had an idea of what I wanted and there it was on the shelf in MIP. There were actually a few other similar styles, the sales attendant didn’t mind at all that I asked to try about 5 shoes and different sizes. They are made of Portuguese leather apparently and it is so soft and no ‘new shoe’ feel. I ended up buying 2 of the same boot but different colours as I couldn’t pick, and they gave me a little discount for it!
I love them.
Would recommend this shop to anyone.

2 x TRAINERS 2 x BOOTS. ALL LOVELY.
I purchased three pairs of lovely trainers, comfortable and fashionable. I did have a problem with a zip on one and after a few emails to and from the amazing customer service department I was given full credit for the trainers with the faulty zip. I the. Ordered two fab pairs of boots from their crazy sale, would have cost £240 but I paid less than half of that. They are so lovely, one red pair just for Christmas. They arrived in less than 48 hours. I see people complaining about no returns labels online but if you read the instructions online it’s easy to contact customer services as instructed and they respond quickly, efficiently and with polite friendliness. Good company, would recto end.

Excellent customer service
I would just like to say a big thanks for getting the only pair of Pailton boots in the uk to me for my wife’s crimbo present.
After calling the branch in Leeds she suggested to ring the Moda in Pelle in Surrey as they do have one pair left.
I was then greeted by Jane who sorted it all out over the phone and posted them straight out to us.
This is going to be a great surprise for my wife as she couldn’t get these anywhere locally.
Being visually impaired my wife relies on my opinion and style for her, but the main reason for this choice is that they have black diamond stones on them so she can identify which shoes they are….
Great customer service, excellent communication and great value for money….

Delivered late - not sure who's at fault
Hi, I paid for next day delivery but it turned up 10 days later and I'm unsure whether this was due to delays at your end or Evri. I have contacted Evri to query the reason why it wasn't delivered on time and am awaiting their response.
Unfortunately, I needed this item for a wedding outfit but arrived post event and on that basis, I will be returning it.

Moda in Pelle have the perfect fit for…
Moda in Pelle have the perfect fit for me, never disappointed when my shoes or boots arrive. The quality is superb, strong elastic, smooth zips, perfect patterns in the leather. The soles look like they could to 10 million steps! As you can see I’m a super fan, and the best thing about my purchase was the Black Friday deal which saved me a fortune.
Delivery is always really quick and Moda always keep you updated. The fact I can purchase through Amazon speeds up the buying process as my details are not only secure but stored so only a click and I’m done

Damaged boots
I received some boots on 6th December, they are lovely however one of them is slightly damaged with a bent zip and marks to the suede. I emailed Modainpelle a week ago, attaching photos of the damage to my boots, but am still yet to receive a reply. I’m very disappointed as I was looking forward to wearing my boots to an upcoming Christmas party. The expected wait time of 3 days for a reply is very inaccurate. When will I get a response??

Shoes are great, customer service horrendous
Shoes are great, but their customer service processes are awful. This has been on 2 separate occasions.
First time I ordered a few pairs online to store, I didn’t want to keep one pair and the assistant processed a refund - said it would take up to 10 days. The refund never came and I had to chase for it.
Second time I ordered to home. One of the shoes was faulty, I photographed and sent it to them and asked for the return label. No response. I had to raise it with my bank - they advised me to send specific wording to Moda that I had ‘made the goods available for collection’ etc, Moda clearly knew this was the start of a chargeback process and sent an Evri return label. I posted the shoes with it. Evri lost it - but this is clearly tracked. Moda took 10 days to reply every time I contacted them. Each time they would say ‘it’s still not here yet’ or ‘we will contact the courier to raise a dispute’. That’s quite honestly not my problem as the consumer, I did everything correctly and it’s not my courier claim. I found my bank incredibly helpful in this situation. But it has taken 3 months so far and we’re still not fully resolved.
So I recommend only buying if you don’t anticipate having to make a return. There are many, many reviews here that show a similar story. Shoes might be nice but I value my time more and would rather support another brand in future.

The website showed the boots from various angles so that I could see them well before ordering. A good delivery company was used, and a polite and friendly gentleman delivered the gorgeous boots a couple of days after the order was placed.
