Will not use again
Maybe I should have read the reviews before purchasing... I loved the boots, but they were way too small and I order a size 6 from any range, shoe, boot, trainer etc, so this is definitely an issue with the product. No return slip inside, so I had to download from the site and paid for the return. Tried to call Moda customer service only for it to be closed, at 17:15pm, when it states 18:00 on website, called several times, one time just had my call cancelled, very frustrating. No response from web chat either. Every company I have dealt with will issue a refund and claim from courier, this should not be for the customer to navigate, having worked with a major delivery service, I know this is how it should be done. Please choose carefully if using this company, and I hope you don't have to return anything, as I am now £30 out of pocket

Archaic returns process
I like Moda in Pelle footwear and have bought from them periodically for a number of years. However, I'm not going to order again as they just have not updated with the times. Their returns process still uses a manual hand written form and the customer has to bear the cost of the return and sort out the return themselves. Just about every company I now use has an automated online return process with the return cost included. This is more than likely added to the cost of the product, but I'd rather pay a little extra to have the convenience of an easier return

Will not order again
Will not order again. Boots came up more than a little small not able to move zip up at all. Expensive postage paid to receive now expensive postage paid to return. Out of pocket. Even if boots had fitted would have had to return as the colour of each boot was a different shade. Call me picky but I like my boots to match...

Lovely shoes, nice soft quality leather sandals, but Nothing fits until you size up! MIP do not use the generic sizing chart. Size up if you want it fit! I've had to learn this lesson twice!!!!

Worst company to deal with
Worst company to deal with - bought some pairs of boots from them well over a month ago totalling £300+ and returned them. They got lost in the return - refuse to actually assist - just keep getting told to speak to the courier Evri and neither company want to take any responsibility and just keep telling me to contact the other company to sort it - AVOID

Lovely winter boots bought in the sale.
Ordered my winter boots in the sale and they arrived promptly in the post. Love them, so well made, warm and comfortable. Great for those colder winter days but still smart enough to wear at work. My son even commented about how nice they looked. I have bought other boots from Moda and they are very well made and last for years which makes them very good value.

This is the second pair of the Abbiy shoes I’ve purchased from Moda in Pelle, and once again they haven’t disappointed. I loved my first pair so much that I had no hesitation in buying them again — they are incredibly comfortable and perfect for all-day wear. The quality and fit are excellent, which is why I keep coming back to this style.
Ordering online was a smooth experience; the Moda in Pelle website is easy to navigate, clear, and straightforward, making the whole process quick and hassle-free.
The only downside was the delivery service, as Evri were used and unfortunately my parcel was lost in transit, meaning it took over 10 days to arrive. That said, once I raised a query with Moda in Pelle, the issue was handled promptly and efficiently, and they resolved it without fuss.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend both the Abbiy shoes and Moda in Pelle for their comfort, quality, and customer service.

Still waiting for a refund.
I've had good experience before buying from Moda in Pelle.
However, returning items is a whole other experience, and not a good one.
I went to the Moda in Pelle website and chose to return a pair of shoes via Evri AS PER MODA IN PELLE WEBSITE.
The shoes were duly collected from my home address in October.
The tracking reference from Evri shows the shoes are stil in transit. Evri have confirmed they have lost/mislaid the shoes and ask me to go to Moda in Pelle and for them now to liaise direct with Evri as to how this will be resolved.
It's like banging your head on a brick wall!
I've sent in the region of 100 emails to Evri including a letter to their head office which has probably ended up in a big skip with all the other letters they receive.
Moda in Pelle haven't been helpful at all and have basically washed their hands of it and keep saying it's between me and Evri to sort.
I've produced the tracking number to Moda in Pelle so they can see if they can be bothered that the shoes were collected from my home and have been lost.
How difficult can it be to return a pair of shoes and get a refund.
Neither Evri OR Moda In Pella have been that helpful.
Surely Moda In Pella have some responsibility to get involved in this.
