If I could give them -10 I would

If I could give them -10 I would! Horrible company and awful customer service and I note I'm one of many! Just dont trust them. I too returned a parcel via Evri....and paid for the privilege. The parcel has somehow "got lost" between Evri and them but this seems to be a common complaint and on that basis they present as con merchants.
IF they KNOW Evri is an issue why do they advise returning parcels with them?

They say it's Evri's fault and who can say if it is, or it's not, but the response is the same...contact Evri, and I have done, over and over and no one's has answers because they blame each other. I bought from you. I returned using YOUR Recommended service but my parcel is still "missing" and no one wants to own responsibility. It's so clever....we don't have it, blame them. They say we can't find it, blame Moda.

I honestly don't CARE who is to "blame" you are both equally incompetent and pathetic. You've got my money and don't care about the consumer and I'm reduced to leaving this review.

Don't offend me further by suggesting I contact you again with a "sympathetic" suggestion from customer services. Either take responsibility or accept you are the worst of the worst companies and don't care about your buyers.

Dont even think of buying through this…

Dont even think of buying through this Company. They are dreadful. I returned some shoes which they apparently never received and have basically washed their hands of me and told me to make a claim with Evri. Evri have said the refund should come from Moda in Pele.....

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be when a return appears to be in transit without being marked as received, and when expectations between retailer and courier processes feel unclear.

To clarify, once a parcel is handed over to Evri, it remains in their network until it is delivered back to our warehouse and scanned in. At that point, we are able to process the refund. Until the item is confirmed as received by us, we are unable to manually refund an order that has not yet been delivered back into our system.

We understand this is disappointing, particularly when tracking updates are limited, and we appreciate how frustrating it is when you are directed between both parties. In these situations, Evri are the carrier responsible for the parcel while in transit, and they are best placed to investigate the shipment status using the tracking reference.

Not a Good Retailer

The item I received arrived damaged. I had to contact them through Debenhams which was a long, time consuming experience. There customer service was bad ( along with Debenhams) as they ended sending me a returns label after weeks of asking, but never arranged for a courier collection as I was unable to leave house. My requests were ignored. Waste of time. Cheap quality shoes as well. I would avoid.

Very poor customer service. Would not buy from this retailer.

I ordered a pair of boots that were on sale but when I received them, the colour was very different to the boots displayed on the website.
I contacted the retailer and after about 3 days, they offered a paid return using a code they provided. I used the link in their reply to book an Evri return but there was no opportunity to input the free return code. I went back through the screens to check I hadn’t missed it but still could not find the box to enter the code. I went ahead and put in my payment details assuming the code would have to be entered on the payment screen but instead, a payment of £3.52 was taken for the return.
I complained about this and was essentially told it was my own fault and they could not refund the postage I had paid. The customer service representative was dismissive and unhelpful to say the least.
I escalated a complaint via PayPal (the payment method used) and was immediately refunded my postage cost.
I then waited 9 days after posting the boots back but had still not heard anything about my refund for the boots.
I chased it up again and was simply told the boots were in transit with Evri and I’d just have to wait. I could see this myself on the Evri tracking but felt it was unfair that I’d kept my end of the deal by posting the item back and had proof of it and if the parcel had gone astray, they shouid refund me and take the issue up with Evri.
I complained again and finally today I have received my refund.
I would definitely not use this retainer again as they were incredibly unhelpful and took days to respond to queries.
Shocking customer service.

Well made stylish shoes

I have been buying Moda in Pelle shoes for a long time now .
They are well made and well worth the money especially if you can snaffle a good bargain in their sale .
Bonus that they are British made . They are super comfortable and stylish
I do wish that they would consider making half sizes .
Customer service is first class as well.

Edulis camel leather

The shoes arrived later than expected for a holiday that I was going on.
I didn’t try them properly before putting them on my case.
The most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever bought… unwearable.
Unfortunately I’d thrown the box out or I would have returned them.

Purchased x 3 pairs of shoes online

Purchased x 3 pairs of shoes online. Order was delayed 2 weeks. Their automated email services kept sending the automated updates saying "hang in there" we did not forget about you. THANK YOU! What a service. If you don't have enough personnel, hire more personnel! The level of unemployment in this country is phenomenal!
I returned all x3 pairs of shoes the day after I have had eventually received them. Two pairs were incredibly narrow, the other pair was terribly made. It now has been 2 weeks since post confirmed the delivery and there is still no sign of refund and all my messages to them are ignored!

Absolutely dreadful

Can’t contact them re return. No reply to emails, no other way to contact. I’m left with boots I can’t use. No return form included and it offers a print off version but i don’t have a printer. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

I purchased boots came in the right…

I purchased boots came in the right size box size 6 boots inside was a five been to them umpteen times telling me to photograph the m which my neice done still no word back why is this company getting away with taking peoples mine and doing nothing about it ,they were at fault not me ,iwill never buy of rpthem again , on the telephone for ages then say fully busy .

THE WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

Placed order 10/04/26, paid for next day delivery, still nothing.
E-mails sent - no response; phone call ended after 10 minutes of waiting saying that all lines were closed (!)
How they still exist with that customer service???
Was interested in placing order FOR something else but now it's a NO NO NO as I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY MONEY!!!

Ordered sandals for next day delivery…

Ordered sandals for next day delivery and paid extra, they arrived 2 days late, in addition they were two different colours fault with the colour.. No returns note or delivery note in the box.. Tried calling and calling busy all the time and kept getting cut off. I have been buying from them for years now, but never had to use return service.. The returns service is archaic.. I don’t have a printer so was emailed today to hand write a note and pay for delivery myself.. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE TOTALLY AMATEUR PROCESS. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.. I AM DISABLED AND THIS HAS LEFT ME STRESSED AND OUT OF POCKET WITH MONEY.. MY ADVICE IS DONT. OTHER WITH THIS COMPANY RANK AMATEURS

These boots are made for walking

These boots are great! I was looking for something substantial yet stylish for a trip to Latvia at short notice as my boots had sprung a leak! These fitted the bill perfectly - very comfortable, mid-height heel, warm and a great colour. They were also significantly cheaper buying directly than in a well-known department store - so win win!

Lovely shoes but terrible customer…

Lovely shoes but terrible customer service. I had to spend £20 returning some shoes and a month later I'm still waiting fora £200+ refund. I will never buy from them again.

I will NEVER order from this company again!!

I ordered a pair of boots from this company on Friday 3rd April. I paid for next working day delivery but appreciated that it was the Easter weekend so I didn't expect them to arrive until Tuesday. I checked the Evri tracking which suggested that they hadn't been collected. I called Moda in Pella and was assured that I would receive them yesterday (Wednesday). I tried calling them today after 10:00 am to be informed that their lines are closed but are open from 9:00 am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. I am away from home and gave my daughter's home as the delivery address, chances are at this rate, she might have to post them to me if they ever arrive! Evri are showing that they aren't even out for delivery yet (Thursday 9th April). What a complete swindle.

I'm terribly sorry to hear that your parcel arrived late having paid for Next Working Day delivery. I will of course refund the £4.95 delivery charge for you. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for this to appear in your bank account.

Returns process is outdated

Products are great however the returns system is painful! Returned an item on the 13th of March. Returns are at the customers expense with completion of a manual form and no postage labels provided. My return was received by the company on the 18th of March. Three weeks later I haven't even received an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. Tried to call but when you ring the the customers services number there is an automated response saying the company are not receiving calls at the moment. The live chat facility has also been removed from the website. I will not buy from this company again with this outdated and unfair returns process. Moda in Pelle you really do need to get with the times and sort your returns process out.

Rubbish customer service

After ordering 2 pairs of trainers, trying them on and finding they were too small I decided to send them back. It cost me over £11 for the return postage and I've had to wait 'up to 10 working days' for them to be 'processed'. But according to their Customer service rep it can be before then. I am at day 9 and still no email or refund. I think in this day and age 10 working days (2 weeks) is unacceptable
