Vermute mal Betrug, habe eine Klimaanlage gekauft, bezahlt und nach 2 Wochen immer noch keine erhalten. Auf e mail gibt es keine Antwort. Besser Finger weg von dem Laden.

I have a Meaco dehumidifier and love the quality of it, so knew I wanted a Meaco air conditioning unit too. However, trying to get one direct from them has been an utter joke, they have prioritised scalpers over genuine customers, and haven’t been transparent at all. It’s the last Meaco product I buy.

I’ve been waiting weeks for the restock, finally the day came and due to technical issues the product in my basket was removed and the company said they’d be going live again the next day with the same 16000btu / 12000btu stock only to go live again shortly after and everything sold out. Again today the stock sold out within seconds despite me and apparently hundreds of other customers grabbing the product within seconds ourselves. The company has allowed bots / resellers to take all of the stock and they’re already listed on eBay and Facebook marketplace for 1.5k - 2k.

I’m having a baby in 4 days, live in a heat trap bungalow and I desperately needed one, but atleast the resellers get a pretty profit thanks to Meaco!

Will never order from this company now as they most likely are in on the scam too.

Can you please give some time to let people to process check out. No matter 1 mins or 2mins. I had put items into basket twice, however couldn’t get these check out. Already using Apple Pay and shop

This company is terrible, they do not stop bots from buying up all the stock and in fact did not even limit purchases to one per order. I have been trying to purchase it everyday this week and have always had it sold out when queuing even though I refreshed the page every few seconds. The fact that all the purchases are made by resellers (selling on eBay and buying multiple units) says a lot about this company.

Very disappointed by the company’s attitude towards their customers. Day after day, they release air conditioning for bots to snap up and to be sold on eBay.
For three days, we were refreshing constantly from 9:50, ready to buy at 10:00 sharp. The website gets stuck on the spinny of doom, then the product is sold out before we’d even finished queueing. Half an hour later, Cirro units are going up on eBay for double the price. Meaco is doing nothing to stop this disgusting predatory behavior.
As a proud owner of three Meaco’s dehumidifier, I’m extremely disappointed that the company only cares about products being sold, but not their customers.

For the past 3 days we have tried to purchase something from this company and this morning we managed to get one in our basket, we was then put into a paying queue which said 5 mins and then all of a sudden we are told its sold out and wouldn't let us pay.
I then decided to ring them to tell them I was furious that customers were not allowed enough time to pay. After 40 plus minutes a woman answered and all I got was sorry there is none left. I continued to tell her I Had 1 in my basket and she kept saying there was no more available. I then went on to tell her that the bots was buying them all and they was being sold on Ebay for double the price, she replied they had things in place to stop bots from doing this. I continued to tell her I wasn't the first person to think this. I then asked to speak to a manager where she replied they would only tell me the same thing, I said I would take my chance. She popped me on hold for mins and returned going hello hello can you hear me, I'm like yes I can and then she hung up. At this point I was at boiling point. I rang back and no one answered so I sent a email at 11am and still had no reply.
This experience has been shocking from Meaco. Without customers this company wouldn't have a business and they need to remember this.
I have read a lot of reviews from today that people have put on, I wonder if any of us will get a respond...

UPDATE TRUSTPILOT ASKED VIA MEACO FOR MY PHONE NUMBER 3 DAYS AGO AND IM YET TO GET THAT CALL. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really disappointed with Meaco. We bought an Aircon unit a few years ago and wanted another one. Followed their instructions over the last few days with the ‘new stock’ and refreshed 100 times and eventually got one in my basket and followed the verification process. Once I got to the next stage it was ‘out of stock’ - this is an awful experience for customers having spent hours and hours refreshing and fighting to try and get one item. All their units are now for sale for thousands of pounds on EBay - thanks Meaco for not protecting genuine customers.

Customer communication is very poor. Tried to get through to customer service on several occasions but calls not answered by a human. No reply to emails when asking where our refund is for returned goods.

I have two fans and a dehumidifier, which I have used for the past two years . Came here to read any reviews for their air-con machines and I'm really shocked by all the negative.

The online "release" of air con units today (10/07/2026) was beyond farcical. Unless you were faster than the speed of light, the chances of obtaining a unit was pretty much zero. Like MANY other computer savvy potential customers today, if you were lucky enough to add one to the basket, the moment you clicked to pay it was out of stock, after wrestling with ridiculous captcha images. Meaco has seriously damaged its reputation today and disappointed hundreds of potential customers beyond redemption.

Over the recent week, with limited stock. Trying to get on to the website to buy 1 ac unit is atrocious. In this day an age the website should be better built. Even after getting to the stage to add one to cart, and then proceeding to the payment, error pops out the unit is out of stock. Please explain how. A lot of people have raised this on the FB site. But no action is being taken. Further to that you can go to ebay and notice the same units are up for sale for twice to three times the price. It all seems a GIMIC and the company is in cahoots with the people selling on ebay. Scammer!!!!

Very disappointed wasted so much time over the last 3 days trying to get an aircon unit to keep my elderly parents cool. The information given on the release of the units was misleading. They are all on eBay now at an extortionate price that no one should have to pay. What guarantee will they have, there will be no proper invoice to make a claim?
I hope all those greedy people are left with these units and eventually have to sell at the right price.
Think I will have to look at another manufacturer for next summer as I’m sure there be plenty out there as our summers are get hotter

I really liked the updates given by the company at a time where they were sold out everywhere else. I managed to secure one at the time they said they would be released and it was delivered the next day.

Their customer service is truly appalling! They received my returned goods on 11 June which I have proof of, and I still have not received my refund as at 10 July. It is virtually impossible to get through and speak to a "real" person and when I finally did, I was informed that I would receive an update within 3 working days which I am still waiting for!

Impossible to buy product as they allow resellers to buy everything and resell at massive profit. Not even sure the company are not in on the scam

What a horrible company. You've completely disregarded genuine buyers by improper measures taken to prevent bots from swallowing up your inventory and the ignorance you show your customers

To add insult to injury you have deleted all of your recent social media posts where people have voiced their opinions and struggles, and not taking ANY accountability for your inadequacy to control the situation.

You might be trying to brush this under the rug, but people will always remember the negative experiences over the positive ones, and this was a shambles... Well done

I was very happy to be able to secure a unit after their first initial stock drop of the 12,000 BTU cirro cooling only unit. It arrived the very next day and I was able to set it up, I haven’t used the window kit yet but the unit is amazing. It got my bedroom from 30.5 degrees to 22 in an hour! I was throughly impressed especially after feeling slightly skeptical due to some negative reviews about its ability to cool. I was able to sleep with the aircon on but it’s naturally not silent, the fan only mode is also very powerful which means you’re able to turn off cooling mode and just have the fan on when the room is a decent temperature and I found that enough to keep me cool throughout the night. I’m really happy with our purchase and definitely worth the investment!
