The unit was very simple to set up and the latest manual was sent via email same day. Early days, but so far the a/c is working efficiently and effectively.

Searched for item and aircondirect was one of the results. Went to their site and found exactly what I needed, an evaporative cooler, no ducting to run, perfect. The electriq artic25er.
It suits my needs.
It was 31° yesterday, came home from woods with hound, opened front door and was hit by cool air... WOW! I'm in an openplan apartment and it works. Needed it for the hound, he's dble coated and struggles in extreme heat.
Ordered it and it arrived before 1pm next day. Brilliant company experience. Will be back if I need more.
Oh, by the way it only uses 0.08 per kwh at 80W. Pence! The water lasts a long time too.

Paid extra for next day delivery and only half the order turned up! When I queried this I was told I could only get half a refund of delivery cost, this is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015! Really poor Customer Service, would never use this company again.

Delivery was fine so my one star is not for aircondirect, but for the product - for a supposedly "quiet" portable air con it is very noisy - far too noisy to sleep with it on, which kind of defeats the object. In short, I would not recommend this product. Indeed, I would return it if I could - perhaps aircondirect will offer to take it back and provide a refund (or partial refund)?

Got a mobile aircon from these people , a refurb one and used it 2-3 weeks, next season i got to use it would not cool. Called them and they said no it is only 6 months warranty so you are 300£ out of pocket. So most likely what they done is got a return unit, regased it and sold it on with a leak. So of course people will buy it in peak heat use it , works and then nothing . Very scam behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievably quick service. Ordered and delivered next morning. Very impressive and the air con unit is great too.

Purchased a wall-mounted air conditioning system and install service. Was told item would be installed and delivered at the same time, but they delivered it separately without installing it. First install was booked, I sat in all day and nobody showed up. Have been waiting 2 MONTHS for an install now including sitting through a 30-degree heatwave. Several emails and they keep telling that their install is done by a 3rd party. I've had no contact from any installer despite patiently waiting, and the aircon direct CS team seem hopeless at pressing this forward, continuously apologising but doing absolutely nothing about it.
