I bought my apartment in Edenbridge…
I bought my apartment at Eadhelm Court, Edenbridge last year. The paperwork was difficult but once moved in, the ease of living for dissabled is very good. Everything is thought of and made accessible. The manager is there for any queries and is very helpful. The maintenance fee is reasonable for what is included. I would recommend this area as near all local facilities.

Excellent customer service
As some who works regularly with retirement developers and their representatives, I can genuinely say that Henry Markell and his colleagues are some of the best out there. Together we make it easier for customers to make their move to a McCarthy Stone development and Henry has a big hand in that both in working with us and in his patience and support to his customers. I have personally visited several McCarthy Stone sites and can see that care and diligence reflected in the residents attitudes to living there. Browning Court newcastle upon tyne
Browning Court manager Sara Bible is a caring individual who has worked tirelessly to keep the development running despite the numerous ongoing issues affecting the building over the last 13month.
She has had to take responsibilities far beyond those expected of her role, dealing with insurance claims, builders, loss adjusters, structural engineer, tree surgeons and many other professionals involved in addressing the Building Subsidence issue’s in addition to managing these complex matters Sara has provided invaluable support to Residents whose homes have been significantly impacted by the ongoing subsidence her dedication and commitment to the well being of the Residents have been exceptional.
Having lived here 11year, we can confidently say no other House Manager has faced challenges of this magnitude Sara’s management of the building during this difficult period has been outstanding and she deserves the highest recognition for her efforts.
Browning Court has not undergone any internal redecoration for years and the development is now in clear need of refurbishment and updating Residents would greatly appreciate any efforts to expedite the planned works as the current condition of Browning Court is increasingly tired and neglected.

Visited Butterworth Grange in Rochdale…
Visited Butterworth Grange in Rochdale today to facilitate a scam awareness session with the residents. Margaret the manager had arranged the session and gathered most of the residents to this much needed talk.
She made me feel very welcome, introduced me to people, made drinks and provided biscuits throughout the session and was very helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Cherrett Court, Ferndown…
My mother (100 years old) has recently passed away peacefully in her own home at Cherrett Court in Ferndown. She has lived there for 16 years The fact that she was able to stay in her own home until the end, was totally due to the exceptional care, love and support from the brilliant manageress Prema and all her staff who went above and beyond to ensure all her needs were met, both physically and mentally. A special mention goes to Ali, Nicky, both Mel’s, Sabina, Nick, Leanne and others who were so patient, respectful and loving. I couldn’t have asked for more. At one stage I thought I may have to move Mum into a Nursing Home but the staff stepped up, and supported by incredible district nurses and the palliative care team enabled mum to stay where she was surrounded by staff, residents and family.
