I cannot recommend Mere Lodge by Churchill Estates highly enough. It is such a welcoming, beautifully managed development, with a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. The guest suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well maintained, making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to Gail, who manages the lodge so wonderfully. She truly goes above and beyond for residents and their families. When my Mum was ill, Gail was incredibly kind, supportive and helpful during a very difficult time, and her care and compassion meant so much to us all. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth and professionalism make Mere Lodge a very special place.

Thank you to Gail and everyone at Mere Lodge for all that you do.

My Grandmother has always spoken very highly of Sarah, the manager at Bramble Lodge. She has always been very helpful and supportive. Couldn't fault her!

I was fortunate to do a pop up shop for Lisa at the lodge last week. It was lovely to visit the lodge and the residents seemed to enjoy the experience too. Lisa was so helpful from start to finish. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Zoe

Mum moved to Bramble Lodge a number of years ago the Lodge manager Sarah has always been so helpful and kind to her she arranges lots of activities and outings for the residents and is always ready to help anyone who needs it nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend it.

As a magician, I have performed several times at Grace Lodge over the past few years and always found the staff very helpful, the Lodge alawys immaculate and the residents always in good spirits and clearly enjoy living there.

My mum moved to Bramble Lodge, Wallington in February 2026 aged 89, 2 years after my dad died & she was becoming less mobile. We found a ground floor flat with access to a garden area available to rent. We contacted Churchill who arranged a viewing. Mum was a bit reluctant to move but after meeting the manager Sarah & some other residents she decided to move in. Sarah was welcoming but not ‘pushy’. Mum has never regretted moving. Sarah arranges lots of activities to keep residents engaged. Mum goes to most of the activities but not all. There is no pressure to join in. Mum is able to walk to the bus stop to go into wallington. Sarah is always on hand to help out & we are sure she takes on more duties than her job description states. She is super friendly & kind.
Bramble Lodge both inside & outside are spotlessly clean. Mum has her own cleaner to maintain the inside of her flat. Moving to Bramble Lodge has given mum a new lease of life & reduced our worries about her living alone.

Sarah at Bramblelodge in Wallington is fantastic. My mum has lived there for several years now and feels secure and happy.
Sarah goes above and beyond, planning lots of fun activities and days out. Mum has made many friends at Bramblelodge. Sarah is kind, considerate and welcoming. 10/10

Visited a friend who has an apartment within Beecham Lodge, Cirencester. We reserved the guest suite for two nights, 5th and 6th May 2026. Beecham Lodge was meticulous and appeared well managed. Our guest suite was spotless and very comfortable with twin beds, TV, tea, coffee,milk, hair dryer, iron, ironing board provided. Sliding adequate wardrobe and spacious ensuite.A most enjoyable stay.

Just returned from a lovely 2 night visit to Tudor Lodge Solihull. The manager Debbie Murray was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
We will definitely be returning!

Very pleased with the Lodge my father loves it there he especially likes all the activities that Sarah carefully plans. Sarah truly cares for the residents and she is an asset to Churchill.

Staying at Osbourne Lodge for the first time was very enjoyable. The Guest Suite was a good size and overlooked the front of the building which viewed the main road, bus stop and car park. That, perhaps surprisingly, made the view active and alive without any noise intrusion.
Our trips to various places of interest meant we didn't get to meet Graham until late in our stay but when we did we had a very pleasant conversation.
The Lodge notice boards were well filled indicating to us that good communication was evident for the Owners. The few we met seemed very satisfied with their lives in Osbourne.
Being so relatively close to our own Lodge, it gives us a good reason to return at some point.

Over the last couple of days our home Emmeline lodge, has been without the normal connection to Careline. Not only has our lodge manager Louise worked tirelessly contacting engineers etc., to solve this problem, she has also opted to stay overnight to ensure our safety! Louise has now , as I write, been here for two nights without any leave to visit her home. All this and not a word of complaint and always a smile for all . Churchill you have a golden employee here, please look after her! Thank you for all your endeavours, Louise.

We have had such a positive experience with Alexandra Lodge. Largely due to the manager, Lainey, who has been supportive, kind and helpful from the start. She is so bright and happy and nothing feels like too much. She even came in on a Saturday, her day off, to take copies of important paper work for us. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done. The lodge itself is in beautiful grounds, feels modern and welcoming and has vast amounts of entertainment on throughout the month.

Churchills took over our over 55 living complex last year at Hawthorns FRINTON on sea, though very sceptical I have been pleasantly suprised, we are kept informed regularly of things going on , especially by our manager Ginny who is very approachable at all times, we have had several managers in the past but hopefully Ginny will stay with us for the foreseeable future, !!!!

The scheme managers are the places are lovely and always go the extra mile to support their residents! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. I am saving up to move in when I retire!

I have lived here for almost a year.
Moving in was so easy The Lodge Manager made it stress free .I was so grateful
The Lodge Manager Lisa Price is a breath of fresh air.
She goes out of her way to help out if needed .She finds answers to problems, and has knowledge of the area which is very useful
I would say without a doubt it has been the best choice for me to move here. I am in a one bedroom apartment I have everything I need There is a lovely Lounge where we have coffee morning and many more activities going on during the day and evenings
We have monthly outings for lunch at nearby establishments
There are buses in all directions
Co-op, Hairdresser ,Chemist,Coffee shop,Cafe and 2 pubs all within 5 minutes from the Lodge
Train station nearby (15 minute walk) or bus
It’s a very friendly place to live I am very happy here.

We recently hired the communal lounges at Park Rise, where our mum lives, and had a really positive experience. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to Maureen, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout. She made everything easy to arrange and was always approachable with any questions we had.

The space itself was well-maintained and perfect for our needs, making the occasion even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend hiring the lounges to others. A special thank you to Maureen — we look forward to booking again in the future.

I have lived at Jubilee Lodge Seaton for 7 years and enjoy my time here and would recommend it to others. Just a short walk to the sea and supermarkets.
The lodge manager Karon is a real asset , if you need any help you only have to ask her and she will do her best to put your mind at rest, she also arranges trips and meals out for those that want to go.
