We have just left a fabulous stay at Eddington Lodge in Kendall. The lodge manager Pamela was very welcoming, the room and lodge were both spotless.
Kendal is in a great position for exploring the lakes.
Eddington is a short walk from town which has many shops and eateries.
Pamela was very knowledgable about the area and recommended some good food venues out of town too.

Sarah, the manager at Bramble Lodge is an incredible credit to the Churchill company. I volunteer at the lodge occasionally and residents appear really comfortable and just happy! They have a variety of events that Sarah works incredibly hard to provide. She is a friendly and hard working person that is incredibly approachable and knowledgable. It is always a pleasure to visit and see the smiles on residents faces, chatting in the lounge over tea. Bramble Lodge is a welcoming and friendly place, that has clearly been fostered through years of professionalism and hard work.

This is the second time that I have stayed in the guest suite at Charles Lodge. It is clean, tidy and spacious and well stocked with tea, coffee and biscuits. The lodge is in Evesham town centre and is well placed for local amenities, including the railway station. The lodge manager, Dawn, is very welcoming, informative and helpful: she is a star!

FOLLY MILL LODGE, BRIDPORT
We have undertaken work here for many of the residents and they only ever have positive words to say about Folly Mill Lodge and also the House Manager. We have dealt with the House Manager on many occasions and found her to be friendly, warm, professional and courteous and always making sure the needs of the residents and of the accommodation takes priority.

We had a wonderful few days in Peacehaven staying in the lovely guest suite at Neville Lodge. Great location in an interesting town (founded in 1919 after WW1 at the point where the Greenwich Meridian meets the coast), with excellent bus service along coast to both Brighton and Eastbourne. The Peacehaven, a restaurant/pub just along road, serves good food, including great breakfasts.

I have been an owner of a 2 bed apartment in Paddock Lodge having moved in a year ago. I thought that it was time that I should share my experience now that I have had an opportunity to gain a reasoned opinion. Firstly I must say that it has been an outstanding experience. The Lodge Manager, Julia, is outstanding. Deals with matters that require dealing with without delay and considers others in a more reasoned manner. Always responds to the owners with good humour and consideration. Unfortunately some owners attempt to mislead her and are on the point of being rude, which is uncalled for and rude. She supports us with humour and efficiency. We support her. The property is spacious and well designed. It is well maintained and kept clean and tidy at all times. Some owners abuse the parking area by permitting friends and relatives to use the owner restricted space without consideration of the other owners. This well managed by Julia. It has been a joy living here.

I bought an apartment for my mother in Eliot Lodge, Ashbourne. It's a lovely place and very conveniently located. The Lodge manager was always very helpful and willing to provide support when required.

Sandie ensures that the residents & contractors repairs & Maintence is organised properly so the inconvenience is kept to a minimum.
Sandie strives to ensure residents needs & concerns are dealt with in a timely manner & to a good standard.

This is a review for the lodge manager at Avonbank. My team and I have been working on a system upgrade at Avonbank Lodge, and I can wholeheartedly say that Amanda is one of the most professional managers I have ever worked with. She is very experienced, and this clearly shows in her ability to manage any issue and situation that might arise. Without Amanda being present, we would not have been able to achieve our goals onsite. I just wish there were more managers like her. So thank you so much Amanda for all your assistance.

I am a resident of Sheldon Lodge. Last Saturday a fellow resident fell and badly injured her face just outside the grounds.
Our manager Caroline, saw the accident and immediately stopped to help and brought the resident back into the Lodge and administered first aid.
Caroline, the manager, always goes the extra mile.

Always a pleasure coming to the priory lodge Elaine always makes you feel welcome as a contractor and there's always a coffee and a decent chat.
Highwood highly recommend coming as a guest resident or contractors you always get a very warm and pleasurable experience

I cannot recommend Mere Lodge by Churchill Estates highly enough. It is such a welcoming, beautifully managed development, with a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. The guest suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well maintained, making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

A special mention must go to Gail, who manages the lodge so wonderfully. She truly goes above and beyond for residents and their families. When my Mum was ill, Gail was incredibly kind, supportive and helpful during a very difficult time, and her care and compassion meant so much to us all. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth and professionalism make Mere Lodge a very special place.

My Grandmother has always spoken very highly of Sarah, the manager at Bramble Lodge. She has always been very helpful and supportive. Couldn't fault her!

St Nicolas Lodge
I was fortunate to do a pop up shop for Lisa at the lodge last week. It was lovely to visit the lodge and the residents seemed to enjoy the experience too. Lisa was so helpful from start to finish. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Zoe

Mum moved to Bramble Lodge a number of years ago the Lodge manager Sarah has always been so helpful and kind to her she arranges lots of activities and outings for the residents and is always ready to help anyone who needs it nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend it.

As a magician, I have performed several times at Grace Lodge over the past few years and always found the staff very helpful, the Lodge alawys immaculate and the residents always in good spirits and clearly enjoy living there.

My mum moved to Bramble Lodge, Wallington in February 2026 aged 89, 2 years after my dad died & she was becoming less mobile. We found a ground floor flat with access to a garden area available to rent. We contacted Churchill who arranged a viewing. Mum was a bit reluctant to move but after meeting the manager Sarah & some other residents she decided to move in. Sarah was welcoming but not ‘pushy’. Mum has never regretted moving. Sarah arranges lots of activities to keep residents engaged. Mum goes to most of the activities but not all. There is no pressure to join in. Mum is able to walk to the bus stop to go into wallington. Sarah is always on hand to help out & we are sure she takes on more duties than her job description states. She is super friendly & kind.
Bramble Lodge both inside & outside are spotlessly clean. Mum has her own cleaner to maintain the inside of her flat. Moving to Bramble Lodge has given mum a new lease of life & reduced our worries about her living alone.

Sarah at Bramblelodge in Wallington is fantastic. My mum has lived there for several years now and feels secure and happy.
Sarah goes above and beyond, planning lots of fun activities and days out. Mum has made many friends at Bramblelodge. Sarah is kind, considerate and welcoming. 10/10
