Mandarin Stone Anmeldelser

Making fantastic tiles.. providing an unmatched selection of materials.
Customer service excellent, had to top up my original order because husband measurement was incorrect, and they sorted it. Please open in Scotland.

The Hoxton Olive Green Porcelain tiles are beautiful and look stunning in our bathroom. There was an issue with delivery, mainly due to the haulier. However Helen from logistics was most helpful and we received the tiles with very little delay. All in all a great job!

Really great tiles! Delivered on time and well packed. We needed an extra set of tiles and big thanks to Hanna and the warehouse team for accommodating us and making them ready for collection when we needed them.

From the moment I walked into Mandarin Stone Harpenden, Dee was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, exceptionally knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me something that wasn’t right.

I had a very specific vision for the stone I wanted, and Dee went above and beyond to help me achieve it. Her product knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely cared about helping me make the right choice.

Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Dee is a real credit to Mandarin Stone. She represents the company exceptionally well and is exactly the kind of person who gives customers the confidence to return and recommend the business to others.

If you’re thinking of visiting Mandarin Stone, don’t hesitate—and make sure you ask for Dee. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you again for all your help!

Mandarin Stone did a good job.

The delivery company they chose did a bad job. TPN emailed mid-day on the day of delivery to estimate delivery in the next 1-2 hours, so I moved my meetings and waited in.

This estimate then gradually extended for the rest of the afternoon until a call at 17:00 saying the driver went back to the depot and they will try again on Monday.

It was a good experience. Better than the time I only had to do a courtesy wipe after an Indian meal.

First class company. Mandarin tiles were first class. They even held the delivery back for me while I got the en-suite ready. The product too is amazing. Highly recommended

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mandarin Stone. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely excellent. Nicole, our customer service representative, has been immense throughout the entire process... professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
The quality of the products are second to none, and it's clear that Mandarin Stone take great pride in both its customer service and the standard of its materials. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium stone products backed by outstanding customer support. Thank you Nicole, and the whole Mandarin Stone team!

Nice tiles but pretty awful delivery service. I emailed them about it and they said something like, 'Yeah, sorry, order with us again and we'll try to do better.'

I went into the Fulham Store with a really small problem - I needed just one of piece of stone to match my shower floor - Georgia was so very helpful - she put as much effort into finding this for me (which took time and a lot of messages to your fabrication unit - where Sam was also really helpful) as I would have expected (and have previously experienced) for a large order - this was such impressive customer service

Product quality is found to bad when delivered as compared to what is shown in their showroom, Sales Staff are misleading too.

Great service, lovely customer service team! Amy was super friendly and helpful. Tiles are perfect too!

Great quality product and excellent customer service

The quality of materials is noticeable- you absolutely get what you pay for and it’s really worth it. I’m a professional landscaper and this is the best porcelain I’ve bought all year. Delivery was also uneventful with a pleasant driver and phone call

Great product and customer service was excellent

I've been assisted by, and bought from, the wonderful staff at the Bath showroom on a couple of occasions now and I just cannot sing their praises enough. Both of my projects have been small and yet the girls, Amy on the first occasion and Ligija on the second, couldn't have done enough for me. So helpful and informative and willing to put up with my inability to make a quick decision! I don't know if they receive commission, but if they do they would have got peanuts based on the size of my purchases, but it didn't matter, they still gave me all the time and energy and it's one of the reasons shopping at Madarin Stone is such a joy. The tiles are of course beautiful too! The Bath manager, a gentleman who's name I didn't get, was also super kind and helpful. Just excellent service all round and stunning products. Thank you!

Excellent company. We bought Classic Calacatta honed marble tiles from the Harrogate store for our bathroom floor and shower. We made several visits there to look at our options and to collect samples. On every occasion staff were exceptionally friendly, patient and offered good advice. We mainly spoke to Clare Cruise who was fantastic as we’re all other staff.
The tiles arrived on time with a very helpful driver who put the pallet straight into our garage.
The tiles are beautiful and were well priced as was the adhesive/ grout etc.
We needed one extra tile to finish our bathroom and got this delivered to the Harrogate store for us to collect saving a costly delivery charge.
Would highly recommend this company and store.
Great all round experience.

Lizzie and the team were very helpful in supplying for a domestic project over several months – quick to respond, flexible and reliable.

Celeste is a real credit to the company. Very good comms, excellent deal, prompt responses, care shown... and very glad we went to Mandarin Stone. Give them a try yourselves! (no I don't work there)))
