I visited the Leicestershire showroom to see tiles and flooring in the flesh and the staff were extremely helpful, approachable and knowledgeable. I came away with samples and a much better idea of what I wanted for our new home.

Anya went above and beyond to help with my order, consisting of multiple different products, and made everything so straight forward and easy! Will definitely be a returning customer because of this in the future

Quorn has been an outstanding supplier from start to finish. The quality of their slabs is consistently excellent. It makes a real difference when you’re working on projects that rely on both appearance and long-term performance.

What really sets them apart, though, is the service. Cristina is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I find her very helpful and knowledgeable, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Communication is clear, orders are handled promptly, and any questions are dealt with quickly and professionally.

The customer service is superb! We were lucky to have Jasmine looking after us and not only is she friendly and easy to talk to but she will go out of her way to make sure you get the best experience while you’re there. We visited the Bury St Edmunds showroom last week and it was absolutely beautiful. The tiles were so clearly displayed and gave so much inspiration for our project it was actually incredibly difficult to pick which ones we wanted. Mary assisted us and she was so lovely, patient and answered all of our questions. For some reason we had difficulty trying to order samples online but Mary arranged for these to be sent to us when we were in store which was really helpful. The samples arrived within two working days. We are now in the process of finalising the tiles we want for our garden and look forward to continue working with Quorn Stone.

We dealt with Briony who was so helpful and quick with responses and gave great advice about the tiles. She ensured we got the paving we liked before our garden was due to begin. Very helpful, will definitely use again.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. The display in the showroom was very inspirational, beautiful colours and tones. Arenz was particularly polite and helpful - lovely salesperson. The tiles were delivered on time all present and correct. Wonderful experience all round which we are super grateful for 🤩 looking forward to our lovely new tiles to be fitted next week!

My experience with quorn stone has been excellent. I dealt with Jasmine who was so friendly, helpful and professional. She has excellent customer service and kept me informed and eased any worries I had as delivery was coming to Northern Ireland. The tiles are of such high quality and are like nothing I have seen in local showrooms. So pleased with how they look and the service. Would definitely buy from them again!

Wonderful customer service and great quality products

This was my first time to the Surrey showroom after finding online and is well worth a visit. The best selection of both indoor and outdoor tiles and pavers, a lovely experience and not your typical tile showroom, laid out perfectly. Ahmed was assisting me and could not have been any more friendly, helpful and knowledgable, even sending out some extra samples. Will definately be ordering and can fully recommend.

Very knowledgeable staff who helped me select my pavers. Delivery on time and delivered exactly as requested.

The pavers ordered were of excellent quality and the customer service was very good, even when correcting our order (our error). The only criticism was with the local delivery company not delivering on the promised day.

Having looked absolutely everywhere I found my perfect tiles at Quorn, Hemel Hempstead. Easy to order and arrived looking as expected.
