Attention to all those who would like to order on their site and have the products returned to Europe, in my case, France. The brand does not tell you that you will have a customs tax of €40 to pay to the delivery person upon receipt in my case, for a product at €100. Extremely disappointed.

This brand is a scam. I ordered it after seeing it on Matilda Djerf's stories, the glasses were to small so I put in a request for a refund - they won't allow a refund of your money if you buy it on sale. This is against UK law, but they are somehow still in operation. I'm raising this to legal authorities, but want to warn people before buying

Absolutely obsessed with the product & customer support! I ordered a pair of glasses through Lexxola that didn't work out the first go around (my lenses were too thick for the frames). I was worried because I'm based in LA and feared that I wouldn't make the exchange window to get a new pair. Emily from the Community team was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole process. I finally got my new pair of frames and am completely obsessed. I feel sexy and confident in them (they're the Alba Carat's in Leopard). Overall, I'm the primarily happy that this exchange process was pleasant rather than a headache.

We bought the jordy sunglasses for our daughter’s birthday. At first I am kind of unsure if it will look good on her. But when she wore them, looks chic and perfect on her. She is obsessed with it :)! Even if she is just wearing a simple outfit, it is still very stylish. Anyways, the shipping outside UK is definitely fast that we never had a problem at all. Speaking with Emily from the service team helped me all the way with all my questions, concerns and etc. Top quality and great customer service ever! I reached out to Lexxola's customer service team about a broken pair of sunglasses I purchased last year and I received incredibly kind and understanding customer service from Emily on their team. I explained how much I love Lexxola, and was devastated to not be able to repair my sunglasses independently. Emily promptly offered to replace them for me with a variety of color options. The team were beyond helpful in helping me with an exchange. Really efficient, positive and helpful - super easy to work with. Sometimes with b2c models its hard to speak to advisors but the Lexxola community were wonderful and reassuring.
